First the owner shows up late, then he talks to me outside the store.
Before he even examines my watch, he tells me he can’t fix it. And asks where did I get it from.
After explaining to him what I wanted done, even with the parts available, he tells me, «I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know». Then he finally says, «no, I cannot fix it, it needs a screw».
So he goes inside and locks the door behind him.

Do not purchase any jewelry or services from this store! Pieces and place look very nice however, horrible quality and bad customer service.
My mom took her gold chain in to get the clasp fixed and they told us to pick it up in a few days… when my mom brought it home I noticed the chain was the same length as the old one but it was thinner! My mom’s had this chain for years so we would notice if it’s not the same one. Had no paperwork proving that it was thicker so we didnt say anything and tried to believe that it was just an honest switch up mistake.
Two years later, I decided to give them another shot. The store was empty and the rep ignored me until she saw my jewelry. I wanted to get a gold plumeria ring with a tahitian pearl in the middle to match the earrings I had on. We picked out a gold plumeria ring and a pearl. She said to come back in a week, but to pay now.
One week later they said to come back in another week (obvious that they forgot about it), no sorry or explanation why. Picked up the ring and it was thinner than the one I paid for! No proof again it wasnt the right one and I already paid for it so I took it home. LESS THAN FIVE DAYS LATER the ring broke and all I did was try on atop. Felt a tug but no major pulling. Didnt notice it until someone pointed out that there was a gap between the plumeria and the ring. Took the ring back to the store the next day since it was after hours. Was expecting that they would just repair it instead the lady got angry and proceeded to say that I was probably pounding it on a hard surface and that’s why it broke. Really lady?! I just bought the ring, why would I purposely damage it?!
Family owned business so nothing you can do. Wish I could give them no star.
