I’m very disappointed that this location would not let me 2 coupons in one day and told me that I have to come back tomorrow just to use the other coupon and normally they would at least tell me about the coupon policy and I understand that it’s one coupon per customer but the cashier at this location was like shouting at me so now I know that next time I have to use one coupon at this location and go to another location just for a lousy coupon. at least inform me in the near future when I return to this location. .this is not right

Sad meal and not the KFC I’m used to. First greeted by a cold-​faced cashier. She took my money, dropped two pieces of old dry greasy chicken and hard biscuit into a KFC box. No attempt at food quality control whatsoever and no welcoming customer service. Strike two, KFC.

I frequent this KFC location outside Don Quijote store ever since the Kapiolani/​Keeaumoku KFC closed. I get the bucket of original recipe chicken for the family which have always been delicious and cooked to perfection.

This place is open, we have gone two days in a row now. It is kind of expensive, but good for kids who don’t eat the variety of local food around. It is a storefront shop in front of don quiote

This bad boy is located in the heart of the Don Quixote (
) shopping area. We were feigning for chicken, but I haven’t had that bad a chicken since Pioneer Chicken closed by my home in the Bay Area more than 15 years ago. The chicken was brutally hard and tasted slightly funny. We were too tired to go back and complain, so we just threw it away. Not sure what was going on there and it seems to be an isolated incident. We’ve been to other locations since. It wasn’t going to scare us off of KFC, but it did scare us off of frequenting this specific location ever again.
