KFC

We only return because we love KFC as a brand but I must admit that every time we’ve visited, except once, they have gotten our order wrong or there was some sort of miscommunication. Today’s visit was no different and they forgot to add a drink to my order. In the past they’ve forgotten to give me food items and when I told them about it before pulling off they told me it should be in the bag and that I should check them all. I did and told her she could check herself if she didn’t believe me so she took the bag from me and after examining it, placed my missing item in the bag. Their fruit punch is always watered down (the only reason I get it for my son) and they have recently removed the kid’s menu so now you have to buy what you want as a regular meal or a side item. I will say the food is always hot and the employees are usually nice but they are always confused. I would only recommend if you are too lazy to cook and are already out that way, but please check your bags before driving away because it’s a bit difficult to pull back through the drive thru.

This is the second time in a row I have been disappointed with this KFC ! The first time I ordered 2 snackers and it was way too much mayonnaise on it but besides that my meat was pink in the middle. Tonight I decided to try it again with a 2 piece chicken meal and I get home and I get a bowl of just gravy in the box. It’s not that hard you guys.

Worst KFC EVER!!! Bought from drive thru. Tried to make a complaint but can’t get through (808) 422‑1312. Recording say «sorry unavailable». Sounds like your calling a home number. Mash potatoes was super runny. Cole slaw tasted funny like it was old. Don’t think I will be going here soon.

OMG! I love KFC but today I had the worst kfc dinner ever!!! The 2 piece crispy chicken had no flavor at all!

I never ate at kfc much till my husband and I got a quick dinner here about a year ago. At the time my husband sent me in to order to go. It was late and they didn’t have enough chicken strips to compete our order. They asked if I minded waiting for some to be made fresh, so I waited. They offered me a complementary drink while I waited and were super friendly! I thought it was nice they cared about a customer waiting when they didn’t have to! On another occasion I ordered drive thru and was again surprised at how well the employee knew the menu! He offered me the special to save a few dollars since it included exactly what I wanted. It’s just the kind of above and beyond you never receive from fast food chains! I just want to thank the management for hiring and training fabulous employees that make the «experience.» I wouldn’t ever consider fast food chains an experience… but this kfc really just is! 5 stars! You deserve em!

I tried to call them several times but they don’t even answer their phone!!! Absolutely NO CHICKEN in the Pot Pie I bought!!! This was the SECOND time from this location!!!

They don’t know how to take orders. Would not recommend. They suck and don’t know English.

Chicken breasts were dry and small. The mashed potatoes were good until I found a bug in them. I don’t think I will be returning any time soon.

I was surprised with this KFC’s low overall rating. I order at this spot every so often & I’m pretty pleased with my service & hot food. I’ve never dined in, just always get my food to go (absolutely love the chicken & fish twisters). They’re never sold out of my Twisters (and if they were, I guess I’d Prob lower my rating too). Twisters are great as a rush hour traffic snack (you’re welcome).
Hopefully the management team upkeep their Unilocal account & start addressing the suggestions/​criticism of other Unilocalers.

First of all, they are OUT of white chicken till next month.
I wanted a two piece order of crispy chicken but was told it would be a 20 minute wait. Fine. I changed my order to original. Then I ordered and PAID for an extra side of cold slaw because the special didn’t allow substitutions.
They forgot to put in the cold slaw. It wasn’t even busy. I got home and it was too late to turn around.
Be careful and take a few seconds to check your order before you drive off.

I went in today and only one person was dining in, ordered my food. The chicken was dry and found out they also charge for refills. I’ve never been to a kfc where they’ve charged before. Don’t plan on going anytime soon.

Great service, way better than Kam Hwy locale in Aiea. Food was ready fast and they made some fresh for me!

It’s 6:30 pm, They’re slow both dining in and at the drive thru. But when you don’t feel like cooking KFC is still a good option. Sounds like a lot of effort going on in the kitchen. But after looking into the noise I only saw a couple of well rounded people trying to work efficiently without bumping into one another. They must be short on manpower. Dining in is ok. It all depends on how much time you have.
Like all drive thru places, make sure you check your order before driving off.

We used to get really good service through the drive through. Lately, it’s been hit and miss. We stopped going for a while and ended going tonight. My husband ordered a three piece meal. He got two pieces. You call their number and it goes to a recording. Maybe too many irate calls? We will HAVE to check our orders to make sure that the people working there can count the pieces of chicken. Sigh.

This KFC is never busy! and right next to the freeway which is more than convenient for me!
I dont know if it’s a limited thing or if it’s a new item on the menu, but we’ve been getting the Originial Chicken Bites. These little buggers are soooo good!!! It’s juicy, and all white meat. That is, if you like white meat. While the BF always gets that as a meal, I ventured off on my own one day and tried the Chicken Little. It is little, but it’s just right. But i MUST eat it with the potato wedges, it just taste better with the wedges.
so if you’re in the area and need a quick fix, stop by and try those little chicken bites.
oh yeah, i don’t know if it’s just me being that i put sauce on everything. but i did need to add some ranch to my chicken little…

Can I give zero stars? I went here on Saturday to order a pot pie after work. I waited 11 hours to finish my shift, craving and wanting the pot pie that I saw on the commercial. When I got there, I placed my order. It was entered into the machine, I was given my total, and then I was told, «Sorry, that guy over there bought the last one» as they pointed to him. He looks at me weird, because they made him feel bad. I ordered something else.
Shortly after, another customer orders two pot pies after me. They tell him something along the lines of, ‘No problem! There will be wait, is that okay?. If so, I’ll give you a free drink.‘
I didn’t get offered a wait or a free drink! I was told they were «Sold Out.»
I went there again today because I received a coupon that said, «Buy a chicken sandwich combo and get a free chicken sandwich. Valid today, Monday 03÷05÷12 only.» I figured I’d give them a second chance.
This time, I go to the drive through. I order a chicken sandwich and am told… «Sorry, that one is sold out.» I say fine and order a different chicken sandwich and am told, «That one is sold out also.» I try to order the third and final selection on the board and am told that one is discontinued.
To make a long story short, they ran out of all of their chicken sandwiches, so I drove there for nothing.
Who is doing the ordering, because they are doing a horrible job. Don’t send out coupons for free chicken sandwiches if you don’t have any (It was only 4pm). Not only were they sold out, the service was very bad. The workers didn’t give a sh*t!
