EXCELLENT service! I wanted to surprise my cousin and her husband with leis at the Kona airport when they arrived on vacation, so I didn’t tell them to expect the leis. Of course, Murphy’s Law, they totally missed the greeter who was waiting for them. When I found out that that had happened, I contacted Honolulu Lei Greetings to see if there was any way the leis could be delivered to the hotel. They were absolutely on top of it, and happy to help I might add, and the leis arrived at the hotel the next day. My cousin took a photo of them and they were very beautiful! Very very worth the price, with the great service and lovely leis! I will definitely go back to them the next time. I also discovered that they send leis outside of Hawaii, so might just do that at some point too. I’m hooked on Honolulu Lei Greetings!

Very pleased with their service, beautiful Lei’s for all family members, and a chocolate gift, she accompanied us through the baggage claim and to the transportation, the Limo was very nice, and very courteous driver.

Online ordering a snap.
Gal greeted us right at baggage claim with our names on a clipboard (one was misspelled). She placed the leis on our kids (I did not order for my hubby and I), gave a pleasant hello, asked if everything was alright, signed a paper saying we received our order and we were on our way. Very quick exchange, it was over before we knew it had started.
Flowers lasted beautifully for a solid 3 days.
After we got our rental car, we went straight to Costco to load up on food and found they sold what looked like the same leis for $ 14.99 (I think we paid $ 27). Anyway, for a first timer to the island it’s a great way to kick off the trip, but if you just want them for family pictures or need more than a few, you are better off getting them at Costco if you are making a trip there anyway.

Really pleased with their service! Purchased a bunch of leis for my future inlaws, who were all arriving the same day on different flights. We had a few hiccups at the airport with people arriving on an earlier flight (which I had to frantically call and update Lei Greetings) to another group who may have missed the sign with someone standing as they departed the aircraft (another frantic call to dispatch).
I think the 5 stars go for the last example, where the dispatcher was able to get in touch with the greeter and have him/her meet my inlaws at baggage claim. Very happy! I will use the again, mahalo!

Ordering was quick and easy online. Quality was great.
My issue was the actually service day of. It was a girl with a board of 4 other people. We approached, told her our name, and she handed us our Leis, and unto the next customer. In the past the company I used would have a single employee, she would greet us, she would make sure we were good with out bags, and ensured we knew where we were going. This just seemed like a quick $ 50 for them. I wish I would have just waited and bought the Leis they sell right in the baggage claim.

Ordered a lei greeting for my guy (kukui nuts) and myself (orchids) when we flew to Hawai’i. This was my 3^rd trip to the islands, and his first. But this was our first lei experience, and it was very pleasant and a special way to kick off our vacation. The orchid lei (while not the pink and white ones pictured on their website) was presented in green and white blooms –amazingly this light green is my favorite color. Rock on! It was fresh and lovely, and lasted for several days in the fridge, per the enclosed instructions. His kukui nut lei was black with while speckles, and looked great against his black shirt. What a special and affordable way to bring on the aloha and to welcome weary travelers off of a 5+ hour flight. When we come back, I will be ordering from them again! (The fate of my lei: it became a gift to Madame Pele at the November 2014 lava flow at the Pāhoa Transfer Station.)

The online buying experience was fast and great. When we arrived our greeter was there waiting leis were very fresh and as advertised. The greeter was very knowledgeable about the airport and gave us some valuable tips about different attractions we asked about such as bast time to visit Pearl Harbor and recommending a luau for first timers. We will definitely be doing business with Honolulu Lei Greetings again!!!

Aloha! Service and product were as expected and promised. A very sweet young lady greeted us at our gate as we exited the walkway. She held a sign with our names and came happily towards us as if she knew who we were before we said! We surprised our boys with this lei greeting. We purchased the 4 pack. A great way to start your Hawaiian vacation! Highly recommended! Mahalo!

This experience was wonderful! Arranging to have leis for my mother in law and nephew when they arrived at the Honolulu International Airport was so easy and they were so impressed. The greeter was great! She took a picture for their album and even helped our family get to the baggage claim area for their luggage. The leis were so fresh, smelled wonderful, and looked just like the pictures online. They found their final resting place at the USS Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor. Very nice. Thanks for everything!
