What can I say about Libby? She is how a realtor should be. I had been working with an agent looking for a single family home and she didn’t listen to me at all. I could tell she was interested in meeting MY needs. She was born and raised here in Hawaii and that made a big difference for me, being from the East Coast. We were about to close on our home when there was a hurricane. I had stopped by to check and it was obvious that the roof was damaged and leaking. One call to Libby and her own contractor came immediately through the storm and fixed the roof saving us money, worry, and damage to our dream home. I never got a bill for his services. Libby always considered how we feel and strived to meet our needs while making the transaction smooth and painless. Her welcoming smile, patience, and practicality drew us in right away. I recommend her fully and will be working with her again.
