Food is consistent«McDonald’s» quality. This review is for their Drive Thru. Unlike most McDonald Drive Thrus, this one does not have a speaker where you would place your order. Rather, you give your order to a person at the first window, which is where you pay as well, then you get your food at the next window. Sometimes there can be quite a wait in the Drive Thru line. I think it may be because of their set up, ordering at the first window… and staff not having enough time to prep it before you pull up to the 2nd window. Just my thoughts.

How can this place receive more than one star? I ordered a family meal today and our Big Mac was missing the meat! Really? We already have to double check our orders at fast food restaurants but now I have to double check for contents? Get out of town! Completely unacceptable. Not to mention time and money wasted but the whole purpose of going there was to make it an easier night by not cooking due to busy routine tonight! Where’s the beef???

We went to this particular location to celebrate a birthday for one of the little kids in our family. They have a great indoor playground that is closed off from the restaurant. That can be a good and bad thing. The noise from all the kids running around is contained to the playground area — great if you are in the restaurant, not so great if you are in the playground area. There is a huge tower and slide that the kids can climb and slide down. It is a larger and taller than the one at Chuck E. Cheese’s. All sides are enclosed, providing a level of safety for the children. My little one is only a year and a half old, so I really didn’t feel comfortable with her attempting to climb to the top of the tower, even with it being enclosed. The majority of the kids there at the time were around 5 – 10 years old, and most were running around not paying attention to the little ones. As with any playground, it’s best to keep a careful eye on your child and accompany him/her as needed. We made sure to keep a sharp eye on the toddlers in our group while the older ones played freely. There really isn’t much to say about the restaurant itself other than that it seemed a little smaller than most of the McDonald’s restaurants I’ve been in. I’m guessing it’s because a huge chunk of the square footage was taken up by the indoor playground area. There are additional tables in the play area though, so parents can sit and eat while watching their kids play. As a final note, if any of you remember that some of the McDonald’s playgrounds used to require socks while playing, this location does NOT have a sock requirement.

This mcdonald’s has high’s and lows. Everyone knows the whole fast food thing, so I’ll make this short… there’s no McCafe here! I guess the franchise just can’t support it yet because their space is so limited and expansions just don’t happen too much in this food court… right? However, I do think the pearlridge food court mcdo is smaller, but they were able to add it to their line. Well, can’t complain about something like this. The staff is hit or miss, but if you go around the same time and catch the shift where they’re really polite and know what they’re doing… you’ll be quite pleased for a fast food joint in a food court.
