McDonald’s

Yup I love McDonalds but yeah the drive thru is hit or miss. ALWAYS check your order because 3 out of 5 times something is missing.
To be fair though, todays work force is the same every where sad to say…

The staff over here are horrible and don’t speak English well. It’s like an immigration hub or something. You gotta worry that they can read it because they are preparing your food. I ordered the «picnic pack» for $ 15.00. The cashier said what is that? I said check the b poster behind you. She said «you want the meal?» I said its 6 double cheeseburgers and 6 small fries. Look at the sign. She turns to a coworker and says «what do I do?». The other one said ring it up. Sheesh. Idiots

I don’t like this McDonald’s only because their attitude is so horrible. I went through the drive thru this morning and the lady was like «what you getting» no HI nothing. Then when I got to the window to pay, she just stuck her hand out WITHOUT repeating the total & so unfriendly! So I gave her the money & she gave me my change. Then the food pick up window was a trip. BEFORE I even put my foot on the gas, my FOOD was outside the window. That made me so upset. She was dangling it out the window as it looked like she was trying to rush me. Then when I get there I put my hand out and she just forced it into my hand which caused me to almost drop it! I only go to this McDonald’s because it’s right across the street from my house & my son was hungry. What’s ever happened to customer service?
Food as always is good.

Bad customer and register service! I came by earlier at 4:16 pm, to get some banana smoothie and try out the new mozarella stick. Instead of listening the customers side first, these assistant manager and the woman who ring my order and messed up throws such an attitude. she charged me for 2 and give me one, and shes frowning her face why I asked. And give me the sarcastic look and said…“What is your question?“And the assistant manager instead of figuring out, jump into conclusion that my receipt was one hour ago which is, I just placed an order and made me look like Im going to cheat them for $ 1.29. What a bunch of unprofessional services! 3^rd times bad experience and never recommend this location.

The food is bad for landfills.
I have come late at night more than once and they have closed the store to clean, even though the dining room’s hours say they are open 24 hours.
Tonight they asked me to move to clean one half of the store, but the other half was just as dirty. Also, people eat like disgusting pigs.
I don’t make a mess and I don’t want anyone cleaning around me. I was busy working on some things on my laptop and trying to focus, so I could get some important things accomplished and now I’m angry and distracted.
I hate McDonalds with a passion. The entire menu is shit. I wouldn’t give the food away. I barely trust the water. I only visit when I stay up all night because it is the only Wi-​Fi enabled place open, but I will try my best to find some other place; even if I have to sit outside while it’s closed in the cold to get online because that’s how much McDonalds sucks.

Slow service going through the drive-​through at 5 a.m. WHY??? There wasn’t a car in front of me. There wasn’t anyone at the window after I paid for my order, so I sat and waited. After a few minutes I called out loudly and finally someone came to the window and told me they were still cooking my order. Really?
I waited for a few more minutes and finally got my order. When I reached work, I found the Portuguese sausage hardly cooked and covered in grease… what were they doing in the kitchen while I waited???

This McDonalds needs to re train some of their employees. I was ASTOUNDED at the ignorance and lack of customer service my boyfriend and I experienced this morning getting breakfast.
We were excited for all day breakfast that’s been advertised and so we drove thru at 11 to get breakfast. We pulled up to the second speaker as instructed where we tried to order FROM THE MENU IN FRONT OF US a «big breakfast with hot cakes» and breakfast burritos. Before we could get any further we were snapped at by a very rude woman whose English was subpar who told us we could not order «hot cakes» and «big breakfast» together. Okay… So we said that is fine we can order them separately and pay if that combo THAT WAS LISTED ON THE SCREEN IN FRONT OF US isn’t available. Then she started to scream «I told you we don’t do that!» We asked why because we were just told they couldn’t do those together… We didn’t see why we couldn’t order them separately only to be screamed at literally to come to the window so that someone could explain to us.
A very polite Asian guy was at the window and in less than 5 seconds explained to us that the menu is broken– the all day breakfast menu is limited. Viola! LESS THAN 5 SECONDS AND NO SCREAMING NECESSARY! He apologized for his ignorant coworker to which we replied all she had to say was there was a limited menu. I ended up ordering hot cakes and sausage and breakfast burritos and left.
On the way home I was so shocked at the completely subpar customer service we experienced and utter disrespect that I called the McDonald’s manager to let her know what happened. I really hope she takes what I said to heart and retrains some of her employees in the ways of respect, customer service, the menu to avoid losing any more patrons like us.
I will gladly drive to a McDonald’s further away to NOT be treated so poorly.

Well i felt a little bit disappointed because I figured that since they began serving breakfast all day, you would think that it would be a part of the dollar menu, but sadly it’s not. I asked about the breakfast burritos and ask them if I can have it without eggs and the lady at the counter told me that it was already mixed in and i had to get the sausage mcmuffin without eggs, which I can eat and it tastes better with French fries and if they were smart enough, they can bring it back to a dollar menu again so that way they can get more people to eat there even if they serve breakfast all day and one thing to remember if people who can’t eat anything that contains egg products, they should consider it so that way people can enjoy the breakfast items with those who have allergies to any with eggs and people who don’t like eggs. I hope that the next time i return service can be a little bit more productive and professional so that people will want to eat here too.

I ordered a large caramel frappé today and the lady gave me a mocha frappé instead. Do they know the difference?! Fak ap. Smh

This McDonald’s wasn’t very clean and the workers are a bit slow, but if you want to sit and people watch, it’s interesting to see the different types of character’s clothing and mannerisms standing in line or hanging out at the counter/​condiment area.
Thr Portuguese, eggs and rice was warm, but not freshly made, and there’s only a limited selection of all day breakfast items.
Lots of seniors too, however, I don’t think I’d hang here all day and get my free cofee refills like the moili’ili seniors do.

I went to mcdonalds today (like i do almost everyday cause i work next to this dumb place) and order a sausage mcgriddle meal with an iced coffee extra cream and extra vanilla.
First she takes like 5 years to take my order and it should only take at most 2 minutes. Than another girl comes and tells me «im sorry maam we dont make iced latte» and i said «i didnt order an iced latte» and she told the cashier «u put in iced latte» and the cashier starts laughing and didnt even tell me sorry. I brushed that off like «ok whatever»
And than I finally pay not knowing that she didnt ring me up for the food i wanted. Only my coffee. At this point I was irritated, impatient, and jus wanted to get the hell outta that place. So she looked at me and said «sorry maam did u order something else? Cause i only rang u up for ur coffee» and so i looked at my receipt (because she didnt repeat my order ot tell me my total before i slid my card). And she did only ring me up for my coffee. I told her «yeah i did order something else but whatever im not waiting any longer because u dont know how to do your own f***king job» and i snatched my coffee and slammed the door.
If your employee doesnt know what their doing dont leave them alone at the cash register. Management there should properly train their employees before they leave them by themselves.
I cant say that i wont go there anymore because their right next to my job and i really have no choice. I just dont want her too take my order ever again.

Today I had breakfast to go they forgot to give me 2 hash browns. The manager better cheek the order before giving it to customers.

The issue with this McDonalds and most McDonalds is the service. I have done my share of retail, food or otherwise. I have worked in flagship stores… so I can understand that it’s not the best job, having to deal with customers. I get it!
Knowing that, being empathetic, and still being disappointed and looking at the disdainful standard McDonalds has for their employees = pretty damn sad.
Maybe 2 out of 10 times, I will get the rare drive-​by voice that actually gets my order right the first time without me having to repeat or correct them.
On two different occasions, the counter was empty (and I had already eaten the dinner part of my meal — I wanted to order ice cream). Both times, the nearest employees were either continuing to do whatever they were doing and just chatting away with their coworkers even though they saw me there or walked over but kept going without any acknowledgement that I existed. I have been in these situations! If you cannot drop what you are doing, you inform the customer you will be right with them! These two times, amongst many, has really made me feel like I am intruding on a clique’s secret conversation. Sheesh!

My new favorite McDonalds location! I drove thru after getting out of work around 4am today. BOTH girls at the cashier window & food window were cheerful & personable. My food was still HOT when I got home like 15mins later & tasted great. The only negative was my orange juice tasted watery but I couldn’t figure out if that was just because I have a cold or if it was actually watery.
Super convenient & large location. I also like that it’s brightly lit so late night stops aren’t so sketchy-​feeling. Also, they are open for drive thru AND dine in 24hrs.

Grabbed a quick breakfast here. It’s not Pancake House, but it works in a pinch. Enjoyed the Big breakfast minus the sausage. It was hot so that’s what counts!
Cashier was nice and even though there was a mistake when my order came out the manager (Aileen) was quick to correct it.

This place is convenient in a pinch! Since I’m attempting to eat healthy, I stick to the Grilled Snack Wraps. My favorite flavor is Chipotle BBQ. It is a tortilla filled with slices of grilled chicken, lettuce, cheese, and chipotle bbq sauce. Going through drive thru is quick too.
As expected, prices are low and food is made fast. It’s just what I need when I need food, but don’t have time to stop for a meal.

Ripped off you say??? Yes, I been ripped off so many times when I went through the drive through. Instead of giving me what I ordered, they end up giving me something else of lesser value.
Yes, I admit I am addicted to McDonald’s breakfast items… mainly the Egg McMuffin, but I must admit, they make a pretty darn good coffee too! I’ve been disappointed when I check my bag of breakfast items, and instead of finding my Egg McMuffin, I find a Sausage McMuffin inside. :(I;ve called many times to complain, only getting the manager’s what’s your name, and the next time you come back we will take care of you… but really??? As if you would actually remember me???
As for my latest rip off incident… Just last week, my co-​worker wanted to go here to eat a salad for lunch. I figured I’d join him, as I can use a salad here and there… can’t be eating fried chicken all the time! Besides, I have to watch my boyish figure! Lol!!!
Anyways, I ended up ordering the Bacon Ranch Salad with Grill Chicken. It’s a pretty good deal, just under $ 6.00. But low and behold when I get my salad…(Look at picture), I was flabbergasted at what I saw. I was thinking… did someone pinch my chicken??? Surely you cannot advertise a Bacon Ranch Salad with Grill Chicken if there is barely any chicken on the salad???
There was a long line, and I didn’t want to deal with waiting in line to complain to the manager, so I basically paid $ 6.00 to eat green leafy salad. Well, I guess McDonald’s was trying to put me on a diet plan! Lol!!!
The Moiliili branch is quite an interesting restaurant. Why I say it’s interesting??? Well, with the large homeless population near by, I see countless homeless people come into the restaurant with cups that they pick up from the trash, then they walk up to the soda fountain to get free soda.
I’m glad McDonald’s changed their soda fountain recently, as the old fountain had a lever where you would have to press your cup against, before the soda dispenses out. This type of fountain I found unsanitary, when people grab cups from the trash, then press it up against the lever to dispense soda.
Now the new fountain has a button, so after putting your cup below your desired soda, you just have to press the button to dispense the soda. Aaaah, so much cleaner!!!
My recent entertainment at this location was watching a homeless lady who appeared to be on crack, twitching in front of the restaurant while eating a burger. I then saw her throw her half eaten burger at a stranger walking by the restaurant. From there, I watched her walk into the restaurant, then go straight of the order counter… her blouse falls off reviewing her bra… and believe me, it wasn’t anything to look at. She then demands the clerk to give her a water cup to get free water, but when she gets the free cup, so goes straight to the fountain & of course dispenses the soda.
I tell you, not one dull moment goes by in this restaurant. Good for laughs, but I’m always on guard when I dine in this restaurant.
This particular location could use some tips on keeping their fountain, & ketchup dispenser clean… as a lot of small flies hover around the area. Not the kind of standards that McDonald’s probably teaches for their restaurants…
