My top complaint about this place is the parking situation. If you live here, hopefully you don’t have friends because, having exactly ZERO guest stalls, people can’t easily visit you without having to park on the street a few blocks down and then hike over to your place. Half of the complex has an elevator, the other half across the bridge isn’t as fortunate. Like any apartment complex, this place is full of characters and quirks including a fire alarm that frequently malfunctions in the middle of the night, to the point where even if there was a real fire, residents would probably just all ignore it. The management and board here aren’t really the best, either lacking in initiative/foresight or too apathetic to care about most issues. I suppose you get what you pay for though; the lack of improvement and maintenance helps to keep HOA fees low.
