In Kahalu’u we deal with rain pretty much all year long. With that comes mud and muddy paw prints through the house. Because of septic system, in the backyard, I could only install a wide strip in the most muddiest area where the water pools. I absolutely love it and so do the dogs. I also had an area near the front door/porch landscaped with the same lawn and it is beautiful as well. Zachary and his guys are professional and have great work ethic. I would recommend them to everyone.

Actually, I am very happy with Nylawn. It was already installed in my yard when I bought my home. I actually had to reach down to touch it to see if it was real. I had no problems with it. Then I decided to add more to my backyard and again, the install and product was done perfectly. Yesterday, we had a leak in our water line. I had no choice but to pull back the turf. I called Zach and he said«do what is necessary and we will be out to fix it afterward.» Rory was out the very next day(today) and tamped, replaced, pinned and stretched it back in place. It looks amazing again. Thank you Zack, Donna, Natalie and Rory! You did good by me! Tammie and Justin D

DONOTGIVETHISPLACEANYOFYOURBUSINESS. I’ve had the worst experience just trying to get any help with this company. I decided to have synthetic lawn installed in my backyard and decided to spend the money on this company. It started from the minute I took time to visit their show room personally because after several attempts at calling, I gave up. We showed up to a show room that was locked with no one inside during business hours. As we were about to leave, the sales person/manager/personal assistant showed up. Didn’t know her title only because she did not even care to mention. We were told we would be given a call a week later because her estimator was on vacation. Oh yeah, we weren’t even given a date or name of the individual. Fast forward to a few days after a ‘week later’, we called to follow up and the lady totally forgot who me and my wife were. She also mentioned the estimator had been back for a couple days now. Talk about a winner right? She tried to mend the situation with yet another ‘he will give you a call tomorrow’ so we tried it again. Fast forward yet again to ‘tomorrow’, still NOCALL. Oh we even called on the morning of and was told by NATALIE(yes that’s her name, finally introduced herself) her installer would call later in the afternoon. Oh yeah, I had to take it upon myself to ask what was the name of the installer as well. How did the story end you ask? AFTERALMOST2WEEKS, STILLNOCALL. Called SYNLAWNHAWAII(yes another competitor), got a call back a minute after I left message. Got scheduled for an estimate appointment the following day, all in the same 5 minute phone call. I got more done in 5MINUTESWITHSYLAWNHAWAIITHANALMOST2WEEKSWITHNYLAWN. NYLAWN is a horrible company that needs to be more professional. Leaving introducing yourself, keeping in contact, following up should NOTBETHECUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY. TERRIBLESERVICE!!! Save yourself the frustration and grief by going with another company than NYLAWN. You can thank me later.
