Allied Security Fence

We were very happy with our fencing by Allied Security Fence. We had somewhat rugged terrain but the results are great. The crew was very organized, experienced and courteous. We worked with Tammy at Allied who helped guide us to what worked right for us and was very patient and responsive at all stages of our project. Great team with a quality product.

These guys have OUTSTANDING service. I had a small welding company build an automatic driveway gate for me 5 or 6 years ago. The thing has had problems from day one and getting service on it from the welder was absolutely impossible. I found Allied on Unilocal and gave them a call. Someone answered immediately and transferred my call over to Sue. Sue explained to me that Allied is a certified dealer for the automatic gate system I have and that they handle issues like mine all the time. We worked together for about a week to find a date and time that fit our schedules. During this time Sue replied to my emails immediately.
The day of the service Sue called and said there was a traffic jam so the driver would be a little late. Crazy, no one in Hawaii ever calls to say they are running late. Jeremy, the technician, called once he was half way to my house and said he would be there shortly.
Jeremy trouble shot the problem and found that the guy who originally built the gate did not caulk the electrical box. Geckos got into the box, made a mess of the circuit board, and that was the reason the gate would not close correctly. He replaced the board, and amazing, after 2 years of not working the gate finally closes again. Jeremy also adjusted the timing on the gate, greased it and fixed the lock on another small gate I was having an issue with in just over an hour.
It is so refreshing to get good service! Thank you Allied!

I used Unilocal to locate a couple of different fencing companies for price estimates. I settled on Allied Security Fence even though they did not come in as «lowest bid.» However, this was the absolutely right choice. Their service is outstanding, from the first meeting with Tammy for a price estimate to the installation crew. Everybody at this company knows their stuff and they are really awesome folks to boot … even the dog liked them! Tammy made a couple of recommendations that initially perplexed me, but now that the new fence is in, these were spot on recommendations. This woman knows her stuff! The installation team was also very amazing. Courteous, efficient and very helpful. Definitely recommend this company. Thank you Tammy!
