This place is in the Castle Ocean Resort. The service was friendly but the food was not good at all. Sorry just need to be real. I had breakfast, scorched over medium eggs with frozen hash browns squares.

Let me tell you an obsession that I have: Loco Moco. Ever since I had it in our college dining hall(they served it for breakfast, and breakfast was their only good meal), I became completely enamored by the dish. So of course I wanted it for breakfast in Hawaii. Our hotel(the Ocean Resort Hotel) had a restaurant in the main lobby, and after spotting it on the menu, we went in and I had a glass of guava juice and my beloved loco moco. The waitress plopped a big plate full of rice, gravy, a hamburger patty, and one fried egg. Everything was delicious. except the fact that there just wasn’t enough patty and egg to go around with all the rice. Nonetheless, I finished everything, because the gravy made the rice awesome. Boyfriend’s mahi-mahi omelet was really delicious as well — tender chunks of fish in what looked like about 3 eggs. Decently-priced, especially for a hotel restaurant, and the food was bueno. I don’t know if I’d come back here if I wasn’t staying here, but it’s definitely a nice surprise(considering our hotel was so shoddy).

For a restaurant in Waikiki, this is a sweet deal. Pros: — I have been here a few times & have noticed the upgrades. The restaurant is much, much nicer now — wide variety of dishes on the menu(Hawaiian, American, Chinese, Italian) — children friendly menu — everything is average priced, but is cheap for a restaurant in Waikiki — sweet deal on the early bird specials — delicious freshly ground Kona coffee — a block from the beach — locally owned business Cons: — if you’re driving here, parking is a bit tough… I would walk. It would give you a chance to see Waikiki. Ordered: — NY Steak – it’s not Ruth’s Chris, but it’s pretty good. — side order of garlic bread, which was delicious!

Restaurant that resides inside the Ocean Resort in Honolulu, HI. I found that the food here was alright. We went in for an Early Bird(4PM-7PM) Special and everything was fairly cheap. Very tender Prime Rib and the fried shrimp was very well prepared, but I don’t think it would have been worth it at full price instead of the Early Bird. You can get combos like Mahi Mahi ANDNY Steak with Potatos or Salad and Veggies for $ 11. The waitress found out that we spoke Chinese and talked for like 15 – 20 minutes lol. 4 for service(talk talk talk, but fast) 3.5 for food 3 for price Would give it a 3.5 but can’t =\
