The worse place to live in Honolulu. The elevators never work. Try walking up 28 floors with your groceries. I’ve done it several times and it sucks. The hot water often works. Serious plumbing issues, hot water, stay away from these towers. The building management will not take calls over the weekend regardless of the situation. I’m so glad I’m a renter, I would hate to own a unit. September can’t get here soon enough. Stay away from Kum Adams
