Permanent Elegance by Gigi

I was recommended to go to Gigi for a number of years for my weird eyebrow shape. However, she is on the pricier side so I held off until I saw the Living Social deal one day. Even after the deal I still had to pay an additional $ 100 not including tip. However, I have had tattoo in the past on my brows and because i wasn’t completely happy I was definitely willing to pay for Gigi’s artistry after I had seen how natural my friend’s brows were.
Overall, I am very much satisfied with Gigi’s work. My eyebrows are evenly shaped. She is a master of color and making it look natural to the point that people don’t even know that I have tattoo. And if you saw my brows before this you would say it’s a miracle. I was constantly drawing it in. She also uses special colors which are higher quality so they don’t fade into a red or green or some other weird color. She mixes a number of colors to get it to a perfect natural looking color and uses a faded technique so it’s not just a harsh line. I feel she has great vision and great artistry. Highly recommended.

I cannot say whether her «services» are bad, but I can tell you that I recently purchased the Living Social deal, $ 95 for $ 200 worth of services. But prior to this, I was shopping around for the best eyebrow tattoo place. Being that it’s PERMANENT, I wanted to make sure I did my research. I first emailed Gigi and she emailed me back a few days later. She told me that her price is $ 300 and that being that I was shopping around, to meet with the artist. So, a few days later, I called her to set up a consultation. She was about to go into an appointment and rushed me off the phone and said she’ll call me back. I didn’t receive a call back. I then emailed her that I wanted to set up a consultation, still haven’t gotten an email back. Then I attempted to call her again, no answer and her mailbox is full. Needless to say, I requested a refund from Living Social because I cannot rely on somone who cannot follow through with their promises.
Again, I am no where making any ratings on her «work,» but I am rating it based on the lack of «customer service.»

One of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. Gigi is superb at her craft. I am very far-​sided and couldn’t manage my eye make up any longer. I also have a damaged never near my eye and it is very very sensitive. Gigi is patient, delicate and a highly skilled professional. If you have EVERY thought about permanent make-​up, Gigi is your go-​to gal! Thanks Gigi!

I’ve seen Gigi 3 times over the past 10 years. She’s professional, gentle and does very good work. It looks so natural … she shaped my eyebrows appropriately to my face and also used the right color. It wasn’t dark black like I’ve seen on some other women. A very good makeup artist!
