So unprofessional. They Double booked me online and wasn’t given an option but to go to the location at the airport. I know it’s not the lady’s fault, but seriously? No real apology, no discount, no thank you. I had the worst experience at the other location in queens and I thought this will be better… But turns out just as bad. Penske is more expensive but definitely worth going with them, in the end it saves time and frustration. Will never rent from uhaul. Ever.
