Pizza Hut

The delivery took an hour. The pizza was not satisfied especially because I was craving pizza. The crust was a lot thinner and usually pizza huts crust are thick! We ordered the pepperoni stuffed bacon cheese crust. It was not great. We also ordered the boneless wings 12 of them for 10.99 plus tax and ranch an extra .50¢. The wings were REALLY hot but the chicken inside was dry. A large pizza and wings $ 33 not worth it.

Very small store but at least I was able to phone in my order which was the 2 personal pan pizzas for 6.99 and the cheese sticks which makes it a very good meal for me to have because I do not want to make any dishes tonight that’s for sure. i thought it was closed, but luckily it was and i am glad to say that this location is a good place to get your dinner and take it home with you and just warm it up. i am also looking forward to going back to this location again because they were very courteous as well as letting me know that my order was ready in a few minutes when I got to the place. I am glad that they have what I really wanted and I am thankful that this place, despite being a smaller location, is that you can actually sit down and wait for your order vs. walking in to pick it up because it is going to be a 15 minutes and it is well worth the wait so that you know that they can be good and i have a good suggestion, have some tables so people can sit down and have a good time so they can talk story with other people and not be bored to wait for the food to arrive. I hope that it is going to be a good new year to all and will be back again soon

Small store — but they try to get you out of there as quickly as possible.
If they are busy– instead of trying to fight it– go somewhere else, you will not die if you don’t eat pizza today– honest.
Really — the best thing to do is call ahead because waiting in your car is no fun at all since the parking lot is so small too.
Best park it — it is easy to get pizzas to go and walk over to the park when it is a really nice day outside.

ordered pizzas from moiliili store and it was RAW called to complain 20 minutes later Manager Alvina called did not apologize said she would rush another set of pizzas that too was Raw and had the nerve to tell the helpful call center gentleman Jordan who was awesome that I did not swap the other pizzas her driver did not wait til I brought it out he left. Alvina did not say omg I am so sorry she said nothing of my raw pizzas at all insinuating I was lying. I would be careful at that pizza Hut manager does not take pride in service quality product very disappointing and disturbing experience at that store. Alvina should be demoted and retrained on food safety so she can properly lead her crew on prep and execution or fired… My grandchildren ate it before I got to it and one is sick.

I love Pizza Hut & I always come to this one on the way home but a coupe of days ago I went to order and the lady there was talking loud and arguing with other employees there regarding a take out order. So bad & very disturbing. Will not go there again if she’s still there.
It’s always a pleasant experience except for that one time. I hope they get rid of her. I’m a regular there and I’d hate to go elsewhere.
One more thing, can’t seem to order on line.

Longest wait ever! Waited 2 & a ½ hours for a pizza delivery!!! The lady manager was the worst! All she had were excuses about how it was their systems fault and that too many people ordered pizza at the same time. She got all bend out of shape when We told her waiting 2 and a half hours for a pizza delivery was totally unacceptable and gave us major attitude on the phone.

I rate pizza hut «0». Its their fault they forgot to give 5pcs. breadstick. So we called and we told them we will pick it up the next day but unfortunately we dont have time. The next time we order and we told them about the breadsticks. They asked how come we didnt pick it up 2 days ago?! Bad costumer service. Im so dissapointed that we ended up cancelled our order. You guys can have our $ 4.00 thats my tip for your bad costumer service.

I normally don’t order Pizza Hut but was busy all day and decided to give them a try. So sad I did in fact so sad that I will NEVER order from them again. The pizza took 1:35 minutes and when it finally did arrive it was ICE COLD and the drivers excuse was I was his last delivery. Now mind you I don’t expect much from them and actually feel bad for the driver because the pizza was ready at 8:53 and left out the door at 9:19 so that means it took him 42 minutes to get to my house which is .7 miles and 3 minutes by car according to Google maps. They were nice enough to offer me a credit not a refund and/​or to remake my order but there was a wait of 1:30 again. How come customer service is so bad and people are forced to accept it?

Pizza Hut is far from my favorite pizza, but I decided to give it a try again.
A little disappointed in the specials they have on the individual pizzas. Two individuals with one topping for $ 6. They uses to have the meal for a reasonable price and now they don’t. Very disappointing cuz it came out to $ 11.50 with two sodas on special for $ 3.50.
More than I was wanting to spend for lunch. I used to like coming here for a quick bite every so often, but not for an individual pizza any more.

I never order pizza but last night my son had friends over and I decided to order. From start to finish the process was EASY! When I picked up my pizza the staff was friendly and my pizza was ready before I arrived. I will definitely order and go back to this location!

Have ordered from Pizza Hut many times without any problems. And I’m not usually a complainer. And I haven’t UnilocalED in a while. Unfortunately today wasn’t that day. Because I live in a gated walk up, I always ask the driver to call when they arrive so I or my bf can meet them downstairs. And I tip generously when deserving because I know what it is like to work for tips. So today my driver called me from the store to let me know the pizza will be arriving in 5 to 10 min. This has never happened before. Ok cool. Waited and waited. No call that my driver is downstairs. My bf went to check downstairs a couple of times, still no pizza. I chalked it up to traffic being it was 3:30 pm. Waited and waited. Still no pizza. Decided to call the # that they called me from. Explained my situation to operator. She calls the store. They say my driver claims he called me 3 times and waited by the gate and then left. Well never got a call from driver. I can even show u my call log that I never got a call. And my neighbor says he was downstairs the whole time and no one showed up. So the operator says my pizza will be there in 5 to 10 min. Great. Waited again. Finally get a call from my driver Ricky. I ask if he’s downstairs. No he says, my pizza will be arriving in 5to 10 min. Uh, shouldn’t u be here already? It’s already been an hour. I lost it. «Can u just deliver my pizza and call me when it’s downstairs? And then he hung up on me. Still waiting on my pizza. My bf decided to just wait downstairs. My $ 15.00 tip has been reduced to 10.00. I call the operator explaining my situation AGAIN. She has the store mgr call. Store mgr apologizes takes $ 5.00 off and gives comp. liter of soda. I just want my pizza. Pizza finally arrived at 5:05! Took an hr and a half and lots of complaining to get my pizza. I just hope they didn’t spit in my food.

Last night, my bf and I decided to treat ourselves with some pizza… so we hunted online for the best deals.
Papa Johns, which is closer to our home and would’ve saved us the delivery charge, was EXPENSIVE with no coupons or deals that appealed to us. We settled on Pizza Hut.
Ordering online is easy to do, and we got a deal too. For 1 Large 3 topping/​specialty pizza + 10 wings was about $ 25. We were able to order half/​half so me and my bf could have what we wanted. We also ordered a garlic sauce for .50 cents. The charge for delivery is $ 3.
When our pizza arrived, the delivery man was nice and checked the order vs. the pizza and wings to make sure everything was correct. That was fine. However, when my boyfriend got upstairs, I noticed a few things missing.
For the first time ever, the pizza was not delivered with cheese, pepper, or even napkins. I guess we don’t order pizza often so maybe thats something you have to ask for now?
The garlic sauce is better at Papa’s and the «award winning» chicken wings was nothing special. The pizza was good though, but much more oily than Papa Johns :) I guess this is why we hardly order pizza.

What has happened to Pizza Hut? In recent weeks I’ve tried the deep pan (way too doughy!) and the thin and crispy (your favorite flavor of cardboard?) The cheese was tasteless, the pepperoni tasted like the salt shaker nothing more, the serving of tomato sauce was manini, … Just nothing to like. I remember when Pepperoni Lovers pizza had tasty and copious amounts of pepperoni (yes I know it is not exactly good for you!)
Not at all impressed, even for survival food. I do think the mini-​pizzas served straight out of the oven on (UH) campus are better, on which I do munch from time to time, but hey what I got for take-​out from the King St branch were pretty awful. I signed up for the PH app, but I don’t think I will be using it again any time soon.

bought the pasta because of a coupon in the paper. dry, not very tasty and some overcooked noodles. can’t expect very much, it is «the hut».

Ordered Pizza Delivery with my staff at work. We ordered Round Table pizza before and look for more economical choice with Pizza Hut. But expect quality and taste to go down. Sorry, Cannot match Round Table quality, presentation and taste. No match. Pizza was thin, dry, needed the chili peppers to give it taste. Quality certainly went down from previous Pizza Hut experience.

The pizza is so so, and there’s some decent walk out specials that compare to Little Caesars and Papa Johns that make up for the regularly overpriced pizzas.
I just wish the walk out pizza deals were ready rather than having to wait 20 minutes, but oh well… You win some… You lose some.

The staff here are very friendly. I have never had a problem here, but then again, how hard is it to sell an item that people want every day?
Like «Starbucks,» all Pizza Hut’s are all the same across the nation. I suppose that, what makes one Pizza Hut superior to another comes down to ultimately the layout of the restaurant. Do they have space? Lots of tables?

I ordered the «Wing Street» buffalo wings (Medium) and my husband and I were totally disappointed! I almost ended up ordering the regular buffalo wings but the customer service rep told me on the phone that the wings street is the more popular one out of the two, so that made me decide on the «Wing Street» one. To me it tasted like it had a very strong vinegar taste. Thats all I could taste, besides being pretty spicy hot! I think that Pizza Hut should just stick to pizzas!

The manager here is always really nice. We usually get carry-​out because whenever we get delivery our pizza is not so fresh tasting. If you plan on ordering mushrooms, I suggest you ask if they have fresh ones, because last time I got nasty, black rotting mushrooms on my pizza and it was gross. I should’ve just stuck with my favorite– plain cheese pan pizza.

Carried out a «Big Eat Pizza» from the Pizza Hut in Old Stadium Mall this evening. The «Big Eat Pizza» is a deal going on right now at Pizza Huts all around Hawaii where you get a medium cheese or Pepperoni Pizza for just $ 5. Pretty sweet deal.
Only problem I had with it was that I asked for added mushroom toppings on my Pepperoni Pizza, which I paid the full $ 1.75 for, and what do they put on it? Mushroom «crumbs». Wassup’ wit’ dat? Hey man, even though the pizza’s a rock bottom deal, I PAID the full price for the extra toppings, so they better give me my money’s worth! Sheesh.
The crust was also super thin (expected for this price), but still had enough rigidity to hold up the sauce and toppings.
Otherwise a delicious medium size (12″ diameter) pie for just $ 5 (plus $ 1.75 for the added mushrooms), which is enough to feed two hungry adults? Can’t go wrong!
