I’ve taken a few really great classes here! Great space for sound healing. I especially love the #Gong Sound Journeys provided by Gong Master, Barbara Cole on Thursday evenings at 6:30pm!

Service: Excellent. Barbara and Kevin are really nice and friendly
Price: Reasonable
I heard of gong sounds when I was young but never knew that gong could be a meditation tool! I was very surprised because I could feel the vibration in my body and I felt like I did not know my body well until now. It is difficult to describe the feelings in words and picture! I wish you can feel it too… The whole sound journey was peaceful and relaxing. Instructor explained things patiently.
P.S don’t wear dresses because you have to sit or lie on the floor
