I got the pleasure of working with Meileen. We did a trial a month before the wedding and that was when I knew I wanted her to do my hair and makeup for my wedding day. I did several trials before her but none came close to the quality of her work and attention to detail. Prices are also affordable. On the wedding day, she brought another artist and together they did 5 bridesmaids, 2 moms, and myself and was on time! She was punctual, friendly and calm. Meileen made me look absolutely gorgeous! Hair and makeup stayed put all day and throughout the night. I highly recommend Meileen for your wedding day!

Mei has always been my first choice since as far as I can remember. Every year I attend military ball and she is the only one I trust with applying makeup. She knows how to blend and apply the makeup which leaves me overly happy with the outcome. My makeup never feels cakey, and still looks great in photos! She also always gets my hair just the way I like it!!! Any style she can do!!! She never complains and always has such a great attitude. She is the best and I’m always satisfied with her work!

Loved my prom hair and makeup done by Mei! Awesome job she made the impossible, possible for me to have my special hair do and makeup for prom! Even on short notice! Recently I competed in the Miss Hawaii Filipina pageant and Meileen was the first person I called to do my hair. She previously did my hair for a pageant photoshoot for Susan Page modeling and I was really satisfied with her work. My makeup was perfect and so was my hair. Needless to say she didn’t let me down this time either (not like she would.) Additional to the beautiful hairstyles she created for me for each phase, she also helped me with anything I needed backstage. The best Make Up & Hair stylist, my gorgeous cousin-​in-​law Mei!!! She did a beautiful job on me for my wedding last month! There was no other MUA I wanted to beautify me on my special day! She truly is an artist and didn’t rush while putting on my makeup and hair!
Mei is a professional! First and foremost she listens to her clients! She knew how to work and adapt to my makeup style and it obviously shows when she puts forth in her works.
On my wedding day I had a lot of girls and our moms who needed their hair and makeup done. 11 total including myself! Mei and two other artist came and patiently worked on each of us! What I liked the most from other MUA is that one works on a girls hair or makeup, then the girl switches to a different artist for the other service. Mei’s team will stick to one girl and complete both hair and makeup.

For my Senior Prom, I was very hesitant on who I would book to do my hair and makeup because I’ve had bad experiences in the past and I never wear makeup so I wanted someone that would be able to take what I had in mind and make it better. After looking all over Unilocal and Instagram, I came across Mei. Her price was great, the quality of her work was better than most I’ve seen, and she was able to come to my hotel. I showed her photos of what I had in mind and she recreated it beautifully. I was very nervous that my curls would fall like it did with all my other banquets/​proms in the past, but by the end of the night, my hair was still perfect! My makeup didn’t smudge, and it stood out in my photos beautifully. I stepped out of my comfort zone with the direction I took for my hair an makeup, but Mei made it so beautiful I didn’t want to take down my hair/​makeup. It was a great experience, she was very nice, and I felt comfortable and confident that she would do an amazing job. Definitely going to book Mei in the future if I ever need my hair/​makeup done.
