There’s a reason this was the one place in the food court that had nobody ordering from it.

The amount of hate that the one older lady employee puts into my sandwich every single time is unreal. She is permanently pissed off and is rude to locals and tourists alike. She doesn’t speak up and she talks very quietly regardless of how many times you say «wha?t». I don’t ask for much as far as customer service from Subway, like the bare minimum, but it would be nice to not be pissed eating my hate filled sandwich.

They were very rude. She acted very impatient. The lady basically made her own sandwich she could not hear anything I said even after raising my voice I asked for pepper jack cheese and she puts provolone on it? I asked for pepperoni and none was added. I asked for Italian herbs and cheese bread and I get honey oat? Like what in the world and then after I taste my coke it has no flavor all I taste is the carbonated taste. But whatever I have a flight to catch and I’m going to eat this mystery sub.

They suck. Every time one of my friends or me tried this place nothing but terrible service from ANY of the older ladies. This lady just made a sandwich for me and SPIT in the sink behind her mid-​sandwich. R u kidding me? Is this the same shopping center that hold fendi, kate spade and many more high-​end retailers? They are always rude. The older ladies. And this one lady asked, «is that it?» As she was ringing me up… I said «yes» with a smile, to which she replied, «are you sure…» As a snide remark and a smile back suggesting that I couldn’t make up my mind to my sandwich selection. In addition when I asked for my veggies she grabbed about 5 spinach leaves and also when I asked for more spinach she added a total of two more leaves. She did the same thing with the cucumber. I don’t appreciate or condone this behavior. Especially in the Royal Hawaiian Shopping center and a well name brand like subway. I did not take the sandwich after the horrible service. I like to give my money to businesses that deserve my hard earned money!

Could not ask for better service from this place. Stopped here 3 – 4 times during my week-​long vacation. We needed some cheaper sustinence to mingle with all of the mai tais we had been consuming. It was only ever females when we visited and they were all quite pleasant. I never had an issue with my sandwich being made incorrectly or tasting bad. On the contrary, all the ingredients were quite fresh. Got a BLT everytime because that is by fa my favorite. I would suggest adding the avocado if you see fit. It was actually out of a plastic pouch, I am guessing due to it being an island and all. Tasted better than the real thing.
I would give this place 6 stars if I could. The pricing was a bit higher than your average subway, but for being as convenient as it is I am not going to complain.
PS: They close around 10pm but I never had a problem getting service right around then if the doors were still open.
