I come here every month to get my haircut. If you know what you want, they’ll do it for you. Their barber’s are very good at following instructions. I always leave here satisfied with the haircuts they give me. Be sure to tip!

My hair cut felt very rushed. hairdresser name was chanbi. She didn’t bother to dust off the tiny hairs when I got outside took a look at my hands n face all i could see was tiny hairs everywhere and that’s a first time that ever happened to me and my hair isn’t short it was long. Also i might add the receptionist girl wasn’t welcoming or friendly at all and didn’t say one word to me while or after i was paying for the service. Where is the customer service in this place my hairdresser could have been a bit more friendly as well.
But this place is convenient for someone who’s wants a simple hair cut in and out. Especially convenient if your doing your shopping at Walmart or sams club and all the food places for lunch or dinner so they choose a great location. Also i would come early if you don’t have an appointment I did a walk in about an hour after they open it waited about 15 minutes to be helped and within minutes while I was being helped 4 people came into the store and mind you this place is tiny only 2 chairs available to sit while you wait.

Ashley is very professional and she knows what she’s doing! Request for her! Thanks for always giving such a lovely service & great haircut. Always leaving the salon extra satisfied!

I will not be returning to this location ever again. Not only did the stylist rush my haircut but after I pointed out to her that the blend she did was crooked she replied «it’s because yo hair is thicker that one spot.» She then tried to even it out but was unable to and now my hair is uneven along with my side burns that she didn’t bother checking. I’ll be contacting the owner to show what Sophie considers an ok haircut. I come to this location often and to be treated like this is unbelievable. I understand that it’s just hair and it will grow back but to treat someone with such carelessness is down right f@!cked up.

The last couple of haircuts that I got here were really done well. I wanted to look clean but not have too much taken off the top. This may seem easy but other places I have gone to have messed this up but not here. I have had great haircuts from Vicky, Norlyn, and Chanbi. I just wish it had a little more room for the waiting area.

Norlyn has been cutting my hair for a few years now. She’s the best, knowing what kind of cut I want and always friendly and very engaging. I definitely recommend her!

Ashley at supercuts by walmart knows how to cut hair. Every time I go she automatically knows how to cut my hair. Love it!!! Been going to her only for a few years. Also she pretty much knows all her regular customers by name which great customer service!!!

I’ve been getting my hair cut here for the past year and a half. The only person I trust is Norlyn! Super chill and cool lady barber! All my cuts come out super clean. Fade and line up game on point! She is also great with kids! My 16month year old boy sits through her cuts comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend going to Norlyn!

This is place is only good if your in a hurry and want something cheap. I was horrified with my haircut. So much so that i went somewhere the day after to fix it. I said i wanted layers kinda choppy with a v style at the ends. Also i asked the lady to shave off my baby hairs on the back of my neck. The line came out crooked! My «stylist» was «Chanbi» and when she was done, she started putting the leave in conditioner, she was pulling and tugging my hair. Super rough, i ended up with a headache after. So Im definitely not going back there and i do not recommend this place.

Dont they hire Cosmo school dropouts!!! My boyfriend usually always goes to this location cause he doesn’t really care about getting a great haircut, but yesterday he came home and the chick who cut his hair did a bad job!!! The back part is terrible! He has a scar from being in a car accident many years ago and always asks for them not to cut it too short in the back. She butchered his hair. It looks like she changed blades cause it goes from ok looking to super short. Don’t go here unless you just don’t care what you hair will look like.

Yes– if you need to have a kid get a hair cut quickly– sometimes there is no other option.
Let Us say that your child does something– hummm, Creative with their hair, and there is still school tomorrow. You need to do something and there isn’t time to do something else. Luckily there is supercuts that can at least fix the problem for say $ 10 including tip. It is not a wedding best presentation of hair but it is good enough to go to school the next day.
I don’t like supercuts but in a pinch when there is no other options– I’m glad that it is at least close enough and has relatively competent hair stylists that can fix ‘mistakes.‘
I have a guy friend that gets haircuts near weekly because of work, he is not Sen. Edwards level of $ 400 haircuts weekly for on the road, he is supercuts weekly cause of work. He likes it trimmed and tailored and I guess he likes the people that he visits– If you have seen me IRL, you know I am not that way. But there can be those winner hairstylists that do get your style just right and can do a great job.
Right around the corner from Walmart so that is a plus in the parking department, and waiting is no problem as there are plenty of things to do while there is a wait.

I came about a 3 weeks ago to get my haircut. The lady who cut my hair really messed it up! I was unhappy with the haircut after I went home to take a shower.
I called and spoke to Pua and explained how I felt and how my hair cut looked after I left the store. Pua remembered me and what the stylist did to my hair. She offered me a complimentary haircut and style the next time I was available! I also explained to her that I travel back and forth from Maui, and she reassured me to just contact her or the store and they will take care of it!
Had it not been for Pua, I would have never tried to come back! Hair stylists are hard to come by and if you take a chance on a person and place, only to have a bad experience… I usually don’t return to give them a second chance.
It’s so hard to find a great stylist and even harder to find establishments that go above and beyond for their customers. Thanks Pua for the great customer service! I hope I can walk a way with a great hair cut and hair style!!!

Worst hair cut ever. $ 20 for a men’s haircut isn’t bad, if they actually cut your hair. Unfortunately I think the person working had 10 cups of coffee and couldn’t even keep their hands steady. Back of my hair wasn’t even close to straight, neither was the front … Save yourself time and $ go somewhere else

I dropped in about 6PM on a Saturday night 1 week ago and had wonderful service from start to finish. The receptionist (guy) was very friendly and helpful. Ashley cut and foiled my hair and was very attentive. Everyone in the salon was friendly, and the price is a fraction of the cost of most salons.

I contacted SuperCuts corporate office to let them know about my last experience. The regional manager called me apologized, offered to redo my hair and he gave me back what I originally paid. I was really happy about how things worked out! :)

I called and scheduled an appointment, arrived at appointment time and was looked at as if I never called and made an appointment… whatever.
The Asian lady was the only stylist available, so I went with her. I just wanted my layers trimmed and my hair thinned out a bit, and I even showed her a clear pic of what I wanted… when she was done I was horrified. She butchered my hair. Instead of trimming my layers, she did her own thing that gave me an end result of hair with 2 different lengths. Butchered short in the front, and long hair in the back.
This was 5 months ago and I’m still growing this bad haircut out. Very disappointed and will never return.

Baileys chia hair trimmed! My son really needed his hair cut so this Supercuts was the closest we could find at the time. We walked in and and was told that the wait was gonna be half hour which was no problem fine we can go walking around visiting stores inn the area but the half hour turned into an hour, if it wasnt for the friendly staff i would have rated this place lower but nver go on a Sunday when itz busy and there are only two hair stylist later we found out that it wasnt busy earlier so two went home.

This is a very busy loaction and it is open late at night on the weekend. Short wait, friendly. service

My bro gets his hair cut here. It seemed mellow&chill atmosphere. The place is clean&tidy, the air con is on a perfect temp everytime!:) right across of Yahoos/Starbucks&Sports Authority same complex as Big&Tall.
Employees are nice and attentive! Visit here!
