Dr. Tacata is amazing and friendly. Very helpful at times. I just wasnt satisfied and happy of the staffs and nurses there at front of entrance. They were just not showing any professionalism especially in a medical clinic, filled with patients waiting for their turn to get their names called. please dont get me wrong and I dont mean to be rude. It is nice and alright to have fun once in a while and laugh to enjoy work. But in a professional setting at a medical clinic/doctor’s office, they were just yapping things loud like how they love this one tv actor and hes so handsome and wanted to date him, and they were distracting one nurse that was trying to help me in our middle of our conversation while I was very sick and had to interrupt us and mentions about a handsome attorney… and what not… Okay I get it… but you dont do that and interrupt a patient and a nurse during checkup and inputting medical records and what not, and I know theres an appropriate time for that. But they were not very professional at all… And who knows what if the one helping me could be missing the point to see whats going wrong with my sickness or could be inputting wrong information into their system. Another thing I did not appreciate was that while I was with the Doctor, had other different people coming in especially a kid trying to distract us(please dont get me wrong here, I love kids! but why some people gotta bring kids and interrupt during my check up session) And then later Doc’s assistant came in late to assist him on typing things down onto his laptop. Ive been with Dr. Tacata for many years and I see these things repetitively… although I liked him for his service because he is that good but I wish he pays attention and understands that patients needs to be respected. I know filipinos love to have fun and yes that is no problem and i am a filipino too but still that does not mean you can not take your work seriously and do something like breaking the professional work code of ethics in a setting like this. This drives me nuts! Makes me think I should go to another PCP instead… I dont feel comfortable in this kind of environment where people are not serious enough to help me and others but please be professional and again, there is an appropriate time to discuss non working related matters elsewhere but not during intaking patients especially when discussing health issues… Im currently thinking of finding another PCP/Doctor’s office.

Terrible service. They only accept walk ins. Opens @12 noon but my friend was here since 8am; it is now 11am JUST to get his physical and now the waiting game is super strong. Small place for waiting. I consider going somewhere else and getting your own doctor/physician in order to get things done, QUICKLY

I will be honest… I have been coming to this doctor for some time now. I don’t like the fact that they only take walk-ins because it messes up with your daily schedule(work, school, etc.). You sit there and wait for about 1 ½ hour just to see the Dr.‘s assistant to take your blood pressure, temperature, etc. and then wait another 30 minutes to see the doctor. I’m not saying that I don’t like the doctor, I’m just saying that he should be aware that customer service is what’s going to make his ratings go up and more people would like to go there and then maybe he can move out of that crap office he has.(SOSMALL). Some of the women working for him needs to be more of help than talking to each other and ignoring the customer. The only reason I’ve been sticking with this doctor is because I don’t have the time to get a new one… I work full time and being a full time parent as well. It kind of sounds like they are just trying to make $$$MONEY$$$ which I have to PAYEACHTIME I SEETHEM!!!

Terrible! They only take in walk ins, which would be okay if you only had to wait at the most half an hour. but no i waiting over an hour! There is a sign in the exam room that says«NOMORETHANTWOCOMPLAINTSPERVISIT.» Really?! You wait an hour, and wow NOMORETHANTWOCOMPLAINTS? He doesn’t even seem to know what he’s talking about either, he stays on his computer and types with his two fingers as you are telling him your symptoms. He also asks the same questions over and over again. I wonder if he only takes walk ins because of the fact patients do not return. He is not friendly either, or maybe that’s because I’m not filipino. Oh, and he doesn’t take the time to explain diagnosis either. If you are looking for a new doctor, DONOTCOMEHERE.
