If you are looking to get a TB and syphilis test done to get a job, don’t come here. I read reviews that said they do them. Well, I called twice and both times I was told that they don’t. That was exactly what they told me. So if that’s what you are needing, look elsewhere. If you contacting them about something else, give it a shot and see what happens. I’m confused how a company has reviews that say they do these test but when you call, two different employees say they don’t but whatever.

This review is only for those who are looking for a USCIS certified civil surgeon. You don’t need to have insurance for this clinic as long as you pay cash up front. The place was right behind Panda Express on King street. The building was old and really rundown, so was the clinic. It was very small and smelled third world country which totally made me feel home ;D $ 150 for a(1) TB skin test,(2) general physical exam and(3) blood test for syphilis. (1) TB skin test Bring in your passport and vaccine records. The doctor is only available from 9am to 11:30am so, go during that time. After the chemical injection into your skin, you will go back there two days later for a skin reading during which you will also receive your I-693. (2) General physical exam You will be asked to remove all your clothes and change into paper clothes they’ll give. The nurse lady will be there the whole time(you can also bring a friend of yours or somebody to be in the room) when the 65-year-old Chinese doctor examine your no-no and your skin. It was really quick for me though. Took about less than 2 minutes, making the embarrassment less bad. I just really wish the genital examination wasn’t part of the USCIS requirements :’( (3) Blood test for syphilis You will be sent to Diagnosis Laboratory Services which has many locations throughout the island but the nearest one is 1481 S. King Street Suite 104 which is right around the corner of Dr Tam’s clinic. The fee for this test is already included in the $ 150 you paid. If you still need to take a few more shots like MMR or TDAP, you will be sent to Weinstein Pharmacy at 1010 S King st. You also don’t need to have insurance for this place and it is cheaper than taking shots at Walgreen. People there are very nice too. They do validate parking. Please note that such vaccine shots will not to be taken on the day you’re supposed to take blood test for syphilis as far as i’m concerned. So here it is my entire experience to get I-693. I have called a few places on the island for the civil surgeon but in my opinion, Dr Tam is the cheapest you could get it done. I hope this helps: D
