UYE 3.14 – Pi Day 2011

The great Unilocal unicorn does it again with a fab Pi themed UYE on ³⁄₁₄! Dressed in a Unilocal t-​shirt, black cardigan and nerd glasses, Tim was the wonderful math obsessed host I hoped he would be. Armed with a «calculated» and «formulaic» wit, Tim tattled off lovely math jokes which created the afternoon’s Pi themed fun. He even brought plain M&Ms that weighed 3.14 ounces. Niiiice! Although it was a small group I had a wonderful time eating pizza at Boston’s then hopping over to JJ’s for dessert. Good people plus good conversation plus savory/​sweet pies equals my idea of a 5-​star UYE!
We’ve decided that Pi day 2012 will have to be a progressive Pi themed party where we have cocktails, pizza pie, cocktails, dessert pie and more cocktails. If we start planning early enough I just might wear a pie costume and walk around telling everyone to «Eat Me!» Oh the glory that is Pi day!
Yes, I admit that this review is biased because I’m a huge Tim P fan and if I was ever to have a pet, I would wish for it to be a magical pink unicorn that looks just like Tim P. One can only dream…
