…this was the text message from Emi H. that changed my Unilocal life forever.
I had never ventured up to Morton’s before last night. I admit, I was intimidated by the Morton’s private elevator. But in case you’re in those same shoes, let me tell you, it’s worth it to take that leap of faith and ride that elevator!!! (…at least for Power, Morton’s unbelievable happy hour!)

Yes! and I was full! These happy hour delights pack a punch! We had oysters, flet mignon sandwiches, salmon pizza, and crab cake sliders. Oh yeah… I almost forgot to mention my big cheat of the week: double chocolate mouse with whipped cream! zooomggg… heavenly!
I loved the company of our wonderful Hawaii Unilocalers. And, as always, I loved meeting some great new people!

I remember when I first started working for Unilocal 2 ½ years ago and Russ M threw his first UYE at Morton’s. It was December, the mall was busy and his wife Karla gave me a lip gloss from Sephora. How time flies by, but like a fine wine, these UYEs have only gotten better with time!
Although we had a modest group of about 10 Unilocalers, we still had a stellar time! Power at Morton’s is seriously one of the best happy deals in town. $ 6 & $ 7 bar bites, cocktails run from $ 5.50 to $ 8. The food was outstanding as we enjoyed oysters on the half shell, filet mignon sliders, crab cake BLT sandwiches, iceberg salad & the salmon pizza. We also shared a double chocolate mousse which I’ve been dreaming about for weeks! My pot belly got its Unilocal on fo’ sho’!
