Fun with Dim Sum! I normally associate dim sum with lazy weekends in Chinatown with my family but this dim sum brunching w/Yelpers sounded like too much fun to miss! I’d never been to Jade Dynasty before and I was a little weary about Chinese food at the mall but I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised! The dim sum was pretty authentic & tasty! Yay! Finally dim sum w/o the hassle of Chinatown parking nightmares! After a short mix-up with the hostess about our party’s reservations(we were under Kara and she thought we said Karen and led us to the wrong room! Luckily we realized the mistake before sitting down with a nice older lady!) We were finally seated at the correct table and after a short round of intros everyone quickly dived into the menu to explore all our choices. Holy bamboo baskets Batman! We ordered 384,789,732,875 items and they all seemed to arrive at once! Our lazy susan was so full you couldn’t spin it on your own! Needless to say there were plenty of leftovers for lucky yeeps to take home. UYE’s are always a great way to get to know a group of Unilocalers better & this was no exception! Thanks to Kara & Shirley for hosting this fun(and filling event!)

What’s the best way to spend a Sunday morning after sleeping in? Dim sum! The dim sum and company was awesome. I think we may have over ordered but thats ok since some folks got to take home leftovers! I got to try the snow mountain char situ buns for the first time! Love their dumplings here… and the bill wasn’t too expensive either. We checked in on Unilocal and a got a free basket too! Woo hoo! Thanks Kara and Shirley for hosting!
