Always good food though if getting take out call ahead because everything is fresh and can take a bit of time to cook. The employees are very conscientious and when my food took longer thank expected they offered refreshments.

This spot is the real deal! Everything made to order. takes 15 minutes. Best wings I’ve had on the island hands down.

The burger looked like the burger I have been dreaming of, but just slightly missed the mark. The burger was however, huge, juicy and greasy. It could have used a little seasoning, but not enough for me to really complain. I loved that their fries are a mixture of classic fries, cris-​cut fries, and curly fries. All were cooked perfectly.
I can’t wait to go back to try their pastrami burger and wings.

I wish I could put those little «raise the roof» hand emojis for this place, because it deserves that sorta praise.
I didn’t know this neighborhood existed, probably because I have zero reason to come to Manoa, but I’m glad it’s here. This is a one stop spot for whatever you are craving. Mexican? Check. Shave ice? Check. Pizza? Check. Wings and sandwiches? Check check. My husband basically wants to move over here for this reason.
So, the food. I tried the Buffalo tenders, and they were legit! Way better than wingstop. I also had the caprese pannini, which was also good. It didn’t have basil on it, just pesto, but I still liked it. My son had a shave ice which he loved. He loves them all, but he really liked this one.
The bad? Parking. And if it’s raining, seating. It is a covered outside patio, but that won’t help much if it is poring. Otherwise this spot is the place you should come if you’re hungry and indecisive.

I’ve been dying to come here for quite a while now! First timer and I absolutely loved their wings! It’s super crispy, moist on the inside and has lots of flavor. I’m starting to think that this place is a lot better than BWW, other than the wings from Dirty Lickins which is also super good. Their chicken wings are huge and I got full off of 6! They have many different sauces to choose from but I got the chipotle bbq wings. The fact that it was crispy just made it twice as good. The only downside about this place is that the service is absolutely slow. I’ve read a few reviews about that and I experienced it myself when I went this past weekend. But you know, quality food does take longer… most of the time. Also, the lady that took my order seemed very rude and unhappy with her job. She sounded lousy and looked exactly like one of those cabbage patch kid dolls but with a grumpier face. I could barely even hear anything she was saying so I asked her to repeat practically everything MOST of the time.
It’s outdoor seating and it’s not considered a very fancy place but they sure do get busy due to their delicious food. Luckily, we went on a late Sunday afternoon and there was no line :) I am definitely coming back here and trying more of what they have to offer!

Slightly overcooked, but not too dry … the flavors are awesome. Garlic wings are my fave. Note: YOU CANNOT BE IN A RUSH. Even if you call ahead of time, the order won’t be waiting for you — and make sure you double-​check it, when you get it. Good natured, well intended mistakes can abound … they don’t hire good waiters, they hire good cooks!
FYI: I have gone there six times now, and have yet to see their mythological habanero mango wings. I ask for them every time, and they’re «out» every time, even during the height of mango season.

FOOD:
I think Serge’s wings are pretty good. They are breaded, which isn’t my favorite, but they’re definitely crispy, which is a plus when you have breaded wings. There are also lots of flavors to choose from.
They sell more than just wings (Says so in the name!) like chili fries, which are pretty good.
Finally — and this is important — they serve you the whole wing, as in both pieces. So when you order 6 wings, it’s more like an order of 12 at any other place. Don’t make the same mistake I do and order 12 wings!
SERVICE:
good, but slooooooowwwww. They warn you it will be a 15 – 20 min, so if you’re cool with that, then okay. But it feels like it just takes way too long for wings.
PRICE:
Pretty good price for wings when you consider that you’re getting 2 times more than at other places.

I’ve read so much about this place so I randomly made the drive here. I’m actually happy I did! I got here around 2:00pm and there was parking available. The guy that took my order was extremely nice. I waited about 20 minutes for my food and he apologized. I told him it was ok. I really can’t complain about cook to order food. It was worth the wait. The Cali burrito is the best I’ve had on island. Not San Diego amazing… but for Hawaii I’ll take it. The garlic wings were delicious. Will be visiting again forsure!

Wings and Things By Serg, great wings, great things. This is my never grow up, college junk food, dream come true.
First the wings are huge complete wings – not winglets – so how ever many you order is really twice as many as you would get someplace else. The wings are meaty, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The flavors are tasty and you can get two flavors per order.
Second, they have carne asada fries made with regular, curly, and waffle cut fries, loaded with steak, guac, crema, and queso fresco.
Third, it’s outdoor seating in basically a souped up parking lot, BYOB and picnic table seating.
Go with friends. Bring beer. Eat with your hands.

Its a bit of a wait (15 minutes kine), but the damn wings are huge! Its literally the whole wing of the bird, none of the little wings from buffalo wild wings. Definitely coming here again!

I came here after hiking 6 miles on Kolowalu trail. I was famished, having had a single donut for breakfast and stopped at literally the first place I saw on my way down the mountain.
The location is great. There are three restaurants to choose from (Boston Pizza, this place and one other) and plenty of outdoor seating. There is only outdoor seating so don’t expect AC.
The menu looked good with plenty of solid choices, from wings, to paninis, heroes, hot dogs and burgers. I ordered a classic burger with cheddar and was warned that it would take 20 minutes since they were backed up. That seemed a little strange, since there were, at most, 20 customers between all three restaurants. I agreed and got my receipt, time stamped 1pm.
Then I waited 20 minutes. After 25 minutes had passed, I approached the cashier and asked if I missed her calling my number. She said they were still working on it. 20 minutes after that, exactly 45 minutes after I placed my order, she approached me and told me they were out of hamburgers. She told me I could choose anything else on the menu, regardless of price difference. I chose the turkey hero. She checked with the chef, then returned and told me that they were out of that too. I asked for a refund. She refunded me in cash (I paid with a card) and then offered me anything else on the menu for free. I was beyond exasperated and didn’t feel like seeing what else they were out of, so I left with my money and no food.

Tried this for the first time last week. My boyfriend wanted wings so we checked this out instead of wingstop. The prices seem expensive at first but, IT IS WORTH IT. The wings are huge and they were so crispy !
I got the Carne Asada Fries and I think I went into a food coma after eating. It had like 3 types of fries, waffle cut/​criss cut, curly and regular fries topped with cheese, onions steaks. I thought the steak was kind of dry but it was so yummy and unhealthy, I couldn’t resist lmao.
I want to come by and try some of the food on the Mexican restaurant side. Yummy.

I’d like to give them 4 stars for the food however I am giving them the lowest rating due to their business ethics and poor customer service. I placed an order for 6 wings and was charged 94.10. I was informed that they could not reverse the charge without a manager and that I would be called back the next day with a resolution. I was not called the next day. In fact I called to follow up since I didn’t hear back and they were closed. I left a message and still no one has called me back. I checked my bank account and saw 2 charges. One for the 9.41 and a second for 94.10.
If you are going to hire people to run your business in your absence, train and empower them to provide basic customer service. At the very minimum train them properly on how to use the credit card machine and your general hours of operation. If you don’t trust your employees then maybe you shouldn’t take the day off.

This is my absolute favorite place for wings. Forget BWW or wingstop or itchy butt lol, Wings by Serg’s is AMAZING! I love wings. I love the sauces, I love dipping them in blue cheese dressing, I love munching on celery sticks. I love when my wings are fresh and hot and crispy, too. This place gives me everything I love about wings, without being ridiculously expensive!
Normally, when you order wings, you get a combination of drumettes and wings and if you’re somewhere where they count the number of pieces you get, you’ll get a combination that adds up to how many «wings» you are paying for. At Wings by Serg’s, they don’t separate the wing from the drumette, so you really get double the amount of food you would get at other places. For $ 9, 6 big (wing + drumette) pieces is a steal! Not only is the amount of food worth it though, they bread, fry and sauce the chicken when you order it! This means that you’ll have to wait about 10 – 15 minutes for your order, but your wings will always come out hot and crispy!
I’ve tried the garlic wigs and the chipotle bbq, both of which were awesome. I’m planning on going back for the lemon pepper and mango habenero next. There is a large covered area with picnic bench-​like tables to enjoy your food at and the guys working here are really friendly, and will come to check on how you’re doing even though it’s a take out place.
Parking isn’t really a hassle in my experience, but I usually go after the lunch rush. They share a space with Serg’s and share a parking lot with boston’s. I feel like people pass this little wing spot without a second glance on their way to order from Serg’s. They’re totally missing out.

Man oh man… They did it again. BEST WINGS ON THE FRICKIN’ ISLAND! Everything you’re looking for in a wing is right here at Wings & Things! Crispy, juicy, and flavorful!
I called to order 36 wings to go 30 mins before they closed (cravings will make you do these kinds of things). They were very accommodating and asked that we be there 10 mins before closing which was no problem.
We ordered 12 buffalo medium, 12 mango habanero, 6 roasted garlic, and 6 chipotle bbq. All of the flavors were delicious, but I think chipotle bbq takes the cake, although mango habanero came in second!
Their service is friendly, quick, and the wings are so worth it. Don’t waste your time at BWW, Hooters, or Wingstop… If you want real wings and a bang for your buck — come here! Every other place will give you tiny wings and drummettes but this place will give you a full wing (so technically you’re getting two wings for the price of one).
Stop missing out and come give this place a try!

The wait for your food takes a bit longer than you’ll want, but it is well worth it. Great variety of sandwiches & wings! Ummmm, and I noticed they offer deep-​fried HEAVEN, as in OREOS!!! Also, deep-​fried twinkies. Say what???
Plenty of seating shared & a bathroom to the right side of Serg’s.

Placed right next to Serg’s in manoa. Bottom line: 10% military discount!
Atmosphere: Outdoor seating available but ordering from a stand. Bare bones food establishment but more like a food stall.
Service: If you want wings you should preorder or prepare to wait atleast 15 minutes as they make to order. No complaints otherwise.
Food: They serve whole wings with the drumstick and wing all as one unit so one wing is like two and a half dozen is more like a dozen so be prepared. The sauces are also on the spicer side fyi.
Intangibles: Great wing joint but be prepared for a wait and ask for the military discount if it applies to you.

I recently got into eating wings, thus my search began to find a favorite. I usually steer clear of anything that comes with bones (ex: wings, bone-​in fish, ribs… you get the picture) or things that just require too much effort prior to consuming (ex: hard-​to-​crack crab legs… which is such a shame because I love crab, or un-​shelled shrimp). I will make an exception for a bone-​in rib eye, however.
Anyway, to-​date my favorite wings are from JJ Dolans, the Korean chicken wings from Sam’s, or Buffalo Wild Wings (the lemon pepper ones). I heard about Wings & Things, and begged to go try it out. My mistake.
Be prepared to wait. And wait. And wait. This is not a quick «order and go» venue.
30 minutes later, our order is (finally) ready. My husband throughly enjoyed the pastrami burger that they are known for, and I admit that was tasty. But I had two small bites and couldn’t stomach much more. I felt like it was clogging my arteries from just looking at it. I got the Italian Hero with a choice of greens. My salad had some inedible pieces of lettuce in it that I noticed as I started to eat it… one of my pet peeves are bruised fruit and wilted or blackened greens. Disgusting. The sandwich was tolerable. We also got an order of garlic wings, 6 pcs. I was expecting the typical mix of (half) wings and drumsticks… and to my surprise we got a basket full of LITERAL wings. Like, the whole kind that look like they were still flapping just a minute ago. I held one up, and the shape made me cringe. The garlic flavoring was good, but otherwise they were fatty and very very very oily.
Just not my cup of tea.

I rate this place all the stars based on the food, the price, the seating and the service.
The food was top notch quantity. The people ahead of us ordered burritos that they devoured in a matter of minutes only stopping in between bites to say how good their food was. My husband and I ordered the monster dog with fries to share. The dog itself was more of a polish sausage 10 inches long on a toasted flakey bun. Amazing! The fries were a combo of normal cut fries and curly seasoned fries. Loved the combo. Best of both worlds.
The price of the monster dog is only $ 5.95 I have no idea how they can afford to keep prices that low. Our entire meal monster dog and two drinks was under $ 10. In Hawaii nothing is under $ 10 let alone a meal for two.
The seating is awesome, large open area, community seating. The seats are also used by Serg’s Mexican restaurant and possibly Boston Pizza right next to Serg’s Wings and Things. The seating area is extremely clean and trash cans are located all over the place.
Finally the service not the best I have ever had but just very friendly, clear, concise and considerate. Excellent job to everyone we came in contact with, you truly value and respect your patrons.
Can’t wait to come back to Hawaii and can’t wait to stop by Wings and Things again.

We came here about a week ago when I was craving Serg. We found out that they are now opening at 12 instead of 11. The Mister ordered the California burrito which had french fries in it. He was super happy with it. I didn’t get the french fry in a burrito so it must be because I’m from Missouri. =) My daughter wanted a hot dog and apparently her dad didn’t read the menu that it’s 10 inches of deliciousness. Her hot dog was almost as big as her. Truly a MONSTA DOG… Yes go ahead say it in that voice. We had so much food.
We definitely come back to check out the carne asade fries and the wings. I love the choice that you can eat here or at Serg’s Mexican next door. Everyone is happy!
