Hooksett Fireworks

I only buy fireworks for July Fourth, but this has been the best place I’ve visited. They have a huge selection, and their prices are much lower than what you’ll see listed online elsewhere.
They only take cash or debit, so be aware of that. Also, parking is pretty tight.
If you’re looking for awesome aerials, check out Excalibur or 10,000 degrees. These were a huge hit at my fireworks show.

As an only occasionally buyer, I was overwhelmed by the huge selection. The very helpful staff helped put together an assortment within budget, AND gave directions that helped avoid a snarl of traffic on the way home. From here on out, this place is my pyrotechnics go to!

But really, as a girl from a city where fireworks are banned– I had so much fun picking out fireworks. Hooksett Fireworks has everything from snappers and sparklers, to the big boom stuff. (I don’t know what the big stuff is actually called.) The space is huge warehouse, so the selection is also really vast.
I was lucky enough to come on a day where everything was 50% off– so I filled up a whole basket with a ton of fireworks and only spent about $ 17. Everything I purchased lit and went off without any issues. I was so happy with my purchase– we went back the next day and I got another basket full of fun stuff. For as little as $ 7– you can get a small set that has some quick fireworks just as good as any professional show you might have seen.
The service was also great with everyone being very friendly and helpful. They had no problem helping this novice pick out some really cool stuff.

I went to hooksett a month ago, and loaded up on an early sale. They have good variety, shop, staff, and ROCK on pricing so far this year in 2013 (and 60% off this April too !!! :). Thankfully I don’t live closer or I’d go there A LOT. They also have one of the BEST sites to see product ! I like them, and will be going back again.

I love this place. The staff here really know what they’re talking about and they don’t pressure you into buying anything. Plus they usually *if not always* have a 50% off sale going on. Nothing I’ve bought here had been a dud and coming here is truly a good experience.

This place is huge! The fireworks are stacked on 20 foot high shelves, like a mini Costco, with just about every type of legal firework you can buy in the state of New Hampshire. Price wise this place is reasonable and they always seem to be having a sale. $ 100 will go pretty far, drop $ 200 and you’re set to have a memorable night. The people working there are helpful and friendly and can usually steer you to what you are looking for. This year, with the help of one of the employees, I bought my first mortar rounds.
Just to see what I was dealing with last night I decided to blow off my 500 gram Yang Liu. It was a sight to behold. Suffice to say I woke the entire neighborhood up. My neighbor wasn’t as impressed as I was…
