University Heights Apartments

These apartments are basically brand new. There is tons of parking which is rare in the Manchester area for appartments. Best value for money at 1k per month for a 1 bedroom. The counter material and flooring could be better but would cost more per month but isn’t bad as it sits. Love the central A/​C and appliances but wish the washer dryer were bigger. Noise dampening could be better but isn’t terrible unless you live in complete silence (aka no TV or music etc.). Management has been getting better and moving in the right direction. Package deliveries are conveniently delivered to the office and available for tennant pickup whenever is best for them. Maintenance people are nice and seem more than competent. Trash area is clean and maintained. Community grills are a nice touch as well as the small dog park. Neighbors are mostly younger professional types which is good. Lots to do in surrounding area and is an up and coming community.
Wish there was a pool or firepits.
