I was going to go into the business to make a purchase, but I happened to be on my way in and see the associate out in front smoking and spitting all over the ground. I was appalled to see an associate for a major business in such a manner. As a nonsmoker, I was discouraged from making such a purchase. It’s inappropriate for a business to let such behaviors happen. After I had walked away to my vehicle, the associate proceeded to throw the rest of the cigarette out on the ground, not even bothering to stub it out. I will not be back to this establishment again!

I had a broken lock button on my iPhone 4S and I took it to this Wireless Zone, where I had purchased the phone a little over a year before. Knowing my Apple warranty was up, I knew if I went to Apple they’d recommended I buy an entirely new phone for $ 199. When I took it here however, one of the associates, Bruno, was very helpful and accommodating. He fixed my lock button and saved me over $ 100 over having to replace the phone all together! It works like a charm and I’m so pleased with the service I received over the corporate store. Thanks Bruno for fixing my phone!
