Cigars and More

My friend and I went in on a Saturday. There were folks watching the game and the people behind the counter were not busy with other customers. The employees were rude and uninterested in customer service. We asked if they had a few brands, each followed by a cold «no.» No suggestions or recommendations. It was clear our business was not wanted. Would rather drive to the Cigars and More on 280 or go to the Briary before returning here. At least those places will talk to and interact with their customers in order to help them find what they want and make them feel welcome.

As I’m not a cigar smoker, I don’t have much of an opinion on this place though I did have a good experience. I had a friend in town who enjoys a good cigar, good convo and the atmosphere of a cigar bar/​lounge so we checked it out.
As you walk in, it’s a dimly lit room with a few tv’s, tables and chairs, couches and the bar spread about. There’s a closed off humidor where all the cigars for purchase are stored. Make a purchase, at the bar once you’ve found something you like. Of course they have cutters and ways to light your cigars for you.
So what appears to be a bar, isn’t really a bar at all… it’s just the place behind which the cashier stands. He did tell me they have drinks (soft) for $ 1, but nothing stronger.
HOWEVER, while there my friend and I noticed pretty much everyone there had brought in pizza, wings, food of all sorts from various different restaurants as well as entire bottles of liquor, 6 packs of beer etc. Not sure if we missed signage somewhere or if that’s something they don’t want advertised. Either way, looked nice from afar… too bad we weren’t in the know at the time.
Again, I’m not a cigar smoker, but I have no complaints.

Came in one day after work (I’m an industrial electrician, I work long hot sweaty dirty nasty hours, and by the end of the day, I’m usually covered in dirt and grime. It’s a living.) in my work clothes (I believe it was a hi-​vis shirt and some jeans) and asked the girl at the counter if they sold pipe tobacco. She looked at me with an air of «what are you doing here?, go away, you don’t belong here», she pointed in a general direction to the jars of smokables on the wall. Doesn’t get up to show me, just points me in the vague direction. After some searching, I found a blend that smelled halfway decent, and when I asked to sample a little bit, she turned her nose up and told me that I had to buy it if I wanted to smoke it.
I wasn’t in any mood for conflict, so I bought the minimum amount and walked right out. Never going there again. If that is the way they treat a hard-​working customer, they don’t deserve my business!

Was a good spot, been buying my tobacco & cig tubes for over a year. Figured I’d buy a 2^nd tube injector from here, paid $ 10 more than tobacco express, got 5 bad cigs out of it & realized handle is grinding. Took it back & was told owner would call me on what he would do to resolve. He never called. Only when I showed up to buy more tobacco was I informed it was «my problem,» not the owner’s. So now I’m out $ 50, and have a worthless cig tube injector. I was told to deal with the manufacturer if I wanted a resolution the owner didnt want anything to do with it. Awesome way to treat a steady customer

Great cigar selection at decent prices. I think there is a back lounge, but I just sat out in the front area and steered the remote from the leather couch.

A Great place to hang out, enjoy the company of some really great people and a wonderful smoke.
It just does not get any better that the Tobacco Shop!
