We went for my brother birthday since his name is Logan, he loves going to Logan’s every year. They staff was sweet and they accommodated my family quite well. The food was pretty good. But our server was not all there. May have been an off night for her though. She forgot my salad, which wasn’t a huge deal but she never showed up again until I got my entrée. Never got refills from anyone. And when they did the birthday yee haw, she told the guy the wrong information to scream to the restaurant, which my brother didn’t enjoy.
I would try again, but maybe with a different server.

I had a delicious Filet with a shrimp skewer! I am a frequent visitor due to the food and service! Normally, I am munching on the complimentary peanuts provided. They do have complimentary bread with butter. They say its regular butter, but it taste more like honey butter. The employees are quick and efficient, which makes for a happy customer! The Wings are really good too!

This is all meh. Food, service, building. Meh. Price super high for what you get. I have eaten at 2 different Logan’s in the Birmingham area and I had same experience at both, so I’m going to say I don’t need to try another. With so many other options that have better food and prices I don’t ever see my self going again.

There is a Logan’s by my house (in North Carolina) and I love it! But this one here in Birmingham seems to be struggling according to the other Reviews. But wait… we went with a group of 8, and even though the staff seemed to struggle a bit at first, they pulled through and finished strong! I think they are really trying to do better. We all enjoyed our food, from Steaks to Salads to Sides, it was all good. Service was great, once it got going. Atmosphere is fun and friendly. I think its a hit-​or-​miss place, but our group did just fine here.

I was previously very unhappy here at this location but now I’m a fan! All in part to our waiter Chris… this guy went above and beyond!!! Highly recommend requesting his area if you come here to eat.

This is gonna be a short one. Food is Meh, service is Meh, atmosphere is Meh!
I’m sure I could’ve ordered something other than a burger at Logans but it’s what I was feeling at the time. I definitely construct much better burgers cooked on the stove top. No flavor, poorly composed, just super Meh! This was after waiting an extremely long time on a not so busy evening because the cooks were preparing the wrong meal. Sat at the bar and there were dirty plates (with lots of food on them) not far from us, for about an hour before being cleaned up… And that was only to seat more patrons about two seats over.
Dirty, service just ok, food just ok… I shant return!

Wish I could give less than one star. This particular Logan’s was a huge disappointment. The service was very slow. The food was cold and not cooked right. Very surprised by how bad everything was.

Gave it 2 stars for variety of reasons-​will say food was quite good.
Service left A LOT to be desired-​sat with stack of dirty dishes in front of me for solid 10 minutes before politely getting bartender in gear. Had to get own silverware and got party next to me theirs as well plus menus. I finally pointed out «cycle» of guest sharing with her how to get handle on things-​getting back on track. My take on it…
Management needs to step up and lead team. Not sure how this place is still open Or WHY?!
Be patient-you’ll be there a while. Don’t mind waiting on yourself… or others and you should be fine.

Only four stars even though my last visit was well worthy of five, just because I know from experience the complaints of slow service are generally accurate. Not this time though; we rolled the dice, and were rewarded with excellent food and prompt service once I mentioned we had a movie to catch. Maybe we just got a good night but Logan’s is back on our good side for now.

Been here a few times. Constantly slow service. Constantly getting standard orders wrong. And just not a pleasurable dining experience. Corporate needs to fix this place.

I have been ordering from here every other day for people at my job every time i go pick up and get back to work they never have any silver wear or anything I have never been so disappointed with a Logan’s roadhouse until I started ordering from here

The second time in two weeks now Friday night and having to wait with tables empty. Short of servers and a wait stuck here tonite but the hamburger steak was very good waitress was very attentive. probably go somewhere next time.

The food here is average and the service is severely lacking. I normally give a 2 visit review to make sure that the food and service wasn’t provided on an off day but this place should be avoided if possible.

It’s 4 in the afternoon and it’s a 15 – 20 min wait but yet 10 tables open and 4 hostess up front but no servers avail for all the open tables. Seems like someone doesn’t have there act together.

Came here with a group for Sunday lunch. Not sure if I have ever seen a restaurant in such disarray. I was told there will be a 30 minute wait because they were understaffed. Open tables everywhere full of clutter. Service was well below par. Never coming back.

Worst experience ever. Will not be returning to any Logan’s. Got a bad waitress and when when we mentioned something to her manager she had the nerve to come back to the table to confront its in an aggressive way asking WHY DID YOU TELL MY MANAGER I WASNT SERVING YOU CORRECTLY?! The manager took care of our bill that day. One week later I called him to let him know we were coming in. He told me he didn’t appreciate that I had spoke to his regional manager about the experience and got confrontation as well. Horrible way to try to keep a group of customers. Anyways they don’t care about their customers and could care less if you visit their establishment. Shawn West just did the wrong thing by confronting me about why I spoke to his regional manager. Something needs to be done about this place. Just say no to Logan’s!
