An incredibly terrible company. One of their sales employees called my place of work to persuade us to switch services. After politely saying we are happy with our current provides, they became rude and aggressive — insulting our employees and demanding to speak with the ‘decision makers’. They continued to use guilt after we refused to set up a meeting («well, I guess if you’re happy not saving money») and other completely inappropriate tactics. Even if we were not happy with our current providers, I would never use Jan-​Pro.
