There simply ain’t enough stars. If your within a 30 mile radius of Hokinton MA and jonesin’ for a lobster roll, your search has ended with a Friday at Yummies. The small lobster roll to include a claw is a two meal affair and perfectly blended with just the right amount of mayo. Their menu is quite extensive featuring pastrami, and a celebration of Thanksgiving with a huge turkey sandwich packed with cranberry sauce, stuffing, Google ‘em and behold and enjoy the best lobster roll you’ll ever eat. Yummies is open on Fridays from 11:30 — 7:00 and collocated with Angels flowers at the top of Hopkinton Hill. Best to get their early as the line gets long quickly. We were there at 2:00 and no problem. 9 outta 10 psychiatrists recommend Yummies for those who gotta have a lobster roll on Fridays. Ya gotta be nuts not to make Yummies a Friday event.

Usually not a big food truck eater but this place is the exception. I’ve now had the pleasure of eating at Yummies at least 6 or 7 times now and all can say is WOW! Each time I’ve gone I’ve found their food to be extremely fresh, very clean and delicious. The prices are very, very modest for what you receive and their service is always cheerful! They even offer picnic blankets so you can sit beneath the beautiful old tress that dot their space in Uxbridge MA.(Romance!) In terms of the food you have to start with their signature lobster rolls which are just flat out just lip smacking PERFECT! It’s a beautiful mix of fresh whole salt water lobster claw and knuckle with just enough mayo and a coupe sprigs of fresh lettuce. That’s it! They are served on a traditional toasted New England style roll and available as a standard size or a «Mega» roll both of which are very generously portioned. Then there’s the rest of their great menu selection which includes the incredible, 1 lb. traditional thanksgiving style turkey sandwiches which are unreal! Perfectly cooked red pastrami and cheese on a fresh roll of your choice. Lump Maryland style crab rolls and weekly specials like their incredible meatloaf dinners, fresh pies and desserts… Should I go on because I can? Yummies is a seasonal business and as such we try to visit them as much as possible when we’re in the area and before the late fall rolls around. To sum it all up; Yummies is a fantastic all around foodie experience and one that you shouldn’t miss, especially if your dedicated Lobstah’ roll enthusiasts like we are! We just love this place! A+++

Decided to check this place out after seeing it on the Fox 25 news. A bit skeptical about eating from a food truck, we decided to pay them a visit. «Yummie» was an understatement. This food truck is top notch. I indulged in a huge harvest turkey sandwich, big enough for two, for under $ 5.50. The stuffing was warm, the turkey was cold and the bread was strong enough to hold that monster together. My husband had their famous lobster roll. He was impressed with the quality, the size and the under $ 10. price. He has since visited them every week to get his fix. Needless to say, we have been Yummie followers since. The only disappointment is that they are only open Spring to Fall, two days a week. We visited them at both locations, Hopkinton and Uxbridge. Their truck is adorable, with 50s theme and music, the owners are always in the truck and are very pleasant. The lines get long during lunch hours so we started to call in ahead of time. We saw some pretty impressive turkey dinners leaving their truck. Since then we have gone to Providence and Boston to visit other trucks. I think we are starting to enjoy this whole food truck fad.
