I’m very sadden to say I cannot give my experience today a 5 star rating. I’ve been here plenty of times for items and today was horrible the manager was a female with glasses. She was rude and unorganized With registers. The store was insanely busy and there was one register open with a younger man whom was not in a work shirt just green. His attitude was very obvious on top of him yelling to the manager in the other room who was on the phone to help. which I believes name was karen however not 100 percent sure on that. She yelled back I’m on the phone. And then finally came out complaining about something. Very loud and obnoxious conversation between her and the young man. When I proceeded to her line his line was full and hers had 4 people in front of me. She called for another associate. I could see the annoyance on all the guest faces. When 2 members joined the counters some of the people in line switched lines as i went to a line the manager says rudely their not opened. And i returned to the line she was in. 2 seconds later she says you can go back now she’s ready now. I DON’T KNOW WHAT 2 SECONDS REALLY MATTERED. I’m sorry but the rudeness was unexceptable. Every staff member looked annoyed at life and unprofessional. Everyone in the store was obviously annoyed with the customer service and the blunt disregard for thier presence.

Great dollar store– always well organized and they usually have a big assortment of holiday décor and candy. The kids toy section is kept tidy and I have to say, the 5 toothbrushes for $ 1 is an amazing deal, as our toddler LOVES to brush his teeth and then wipe down the sink with his toothbrush.
