Bumper To Bumper Shine

This is a very nice and well maintained car wash. Recently however they installed card swipes so you could use your credit or debit card to activate the wash. It explains in detail that you will be charged 150 for the first wipe and if you choose to, another additional 1:50 to extend the time. In October I used the car wash with my debit card swiping it one time but my bank was charged $ 10. Then on November 16^th 2015 I went there to wash my government patrol car and swiped my card and also pressed the button to extend the time. Instead of being charged $ 3, I was charged $ 20. I attempted to call the number on this side of the bldg 4x to this point and have yet to receive a response.
I advise you to stay away from this particular car wash and if you do use it you had better check your bank account. In my opinion these people are nothing but common thieves.
