Chipotle

Great service and healthy food! Chicken rice bowl, great burritos. Wok is unbelievable! Fresh and nothing fried here!!!

Management needs to tighten up at this place. I’ve been several times and they are either throwing food away 30 min before closing time, or they are out of things. The last 2 times I went there was just a few shriveled peppers and onions left. This is a key ingredient in any burrito, yet they didn’t start cooking more until it was completely gone. We showed up at 9:30 one night, and they had cleaned everything up and had started to throw away food. Closing time is 10.
The staff is very nice, but they do not stay on top of things. If management doesn’t tighten up, this place will not last. Izzo’s will open up and crush this place, and they will probably wish they had tried harder.
Ps, add some items without cilantro, or put the cilantro on the side.

Sub par cold food, confusing menu. Some signage or pictures would be helpful for the unwary. My first time at chipotles will probably be my last.
One of the employees wanted to know if i was going to need «fajita veggies «. She said they would need to be started immediately if I wanted some. I saw no fajitas on the menu so no, I don’t want «fajita veggies «.
After finding that three tacos are an order, I ordered carnitas. Nope. Out. Ok, how about steak? The server carefully placed a handful of tiny meat bits on my taco. It would have only been possible to put less meat on my taco only by not putting any meat on it at all.
How about some guacamole and chips? Nope. Out.
The meat in the taco was ice cold and discouraging and chilled what had once been a hot tortilla. The chips were over salted.
Fortunately, the red salsa was tasty and the ice in my drink was cold, so it wasn’t all awful. Just mostly.

I was pretty excited to have another choice of restaurants close by. We went around 2 pm, place was empty. This restaurant chain boasts fresh food. Umm not so much. Everything was cold and had no taste. The employees were too busy socializing to care whether or not customers liked their meal. One girl was actually sitting on top of counter where food is prepared. As my mother used to say, «tables are for glasses. Not asses». Won’t go back.
