Overpriced junk. My wife ordered two blinds for our dining room windows. Over $ 800! And… they are not made correctly. One blind«pooches» put near the bottom and the other is not cut straight across the bottom. When my wife asked to return them and get a refund, she was told by the saleswoman that it wouldn’t be a problem. The saleswoman just called to say that a refund would not be allowed and we’d just have to pick something else out. Don’t get screwed. Use another company and be sure to find out about their refund policy.

What an amazing experience I had with Mindy at 3 day blinds! From my initial contact with her to overseeing the final results installed at my shop, Mindy kept in contact with me at all times. After hours on the phone, bad reviews online, a complaint to the BBB, complete acceptance that 3 day blinds screwed up the original quote, they finally finished the job for what was originally agreed upon. Then they try to play it off like they were gracious by finally completing the job. In reality, the entire ordeal was a pain in the… will update to two stars since it was completed, but would not recommend them to anyone based on what we dealt with.

If your rep is Kyle Gilbert and installer Alfonso… be prepared to wait on everything… except an invoice and demand for payment upfront. Then when you do pay, unless you call them, they won’t call you to schedule. Scheduling apparently is a mere formality. Monday between 9 – 10 really means anytime in next week or so. Maybe. Incredibly disappointed with every aspect of their service.

Amanda Pallotta came out, measured and helped us find just the right blinds for our office. We have had them for almost a year now and they are fantastic, as was the service from Amanda and the installer. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. contact — she’s the best!

A very good company to do business with. The salesperson Paula Scribner showed me all my options and produced a very reasonable estimate to do 5 windows in my den and kitchen. They allowed me to pay half up front and half after satisfaction of the installation, and the installer came in the alotted time frame. I took the old blinds off myself to save time for the installer, and he was in and out in like an hour. Before he left, he gave me a demonstration of the blinds and how to use them properly without damaging the mechanics, and left his contact information if there were ever a defect or problem. Trouble free, this is what I like. New blinds… done.

I have used 3 Day Blinds twice now. The first time I ordered wood shutters for several windows in my house. The second time I ordered faux wood blinds for some bedrooms. I can’t tell you how professional, helpful and kind Kyle Gilbert is. She makes the whole process so easy. She answers questions right away and makes excellent suggestions. I would never use anyone else but Kyle and have recommended her to others. You can’t go wrong with 3 day blinds and Kyle Gilbert. Thank you Kyle!
