I have been living here for almost a year now and absolutely love it !

Great place to live!
Convenient location, safe, 24 hour Conceirge (all very friendly), shopping carts to haul all your things up to your unit, pet area, maintenance is always taken care of in a timely manner.
After my lease was up I was unsure about renewing because I’m not sure what city I want to be in. Im now «month-​to-​month» for only one hundred dollars more. Not too bad!

The Galleria area definitely tops Houston’s I-​want-​to-​live-​here-​fo-​sho chart. It’s considered to be one of the «upscale» areas of Houston. My sister lives at 3525 Sage in a one bedroom apartment overlooking the pool and she loves it. There’s lots of highlights about this place…
*Direct access to freeways
*Extreme shopping (can you say Galleria?! Woot woot!), restaurants, and gyms — there’s a 24 Hour Fitness a block away… like a mere 5 minutes… and that’s only because ya gotta actually get out of the parking garage ha. Oh and the building has it’s own workout facility too which is nice.
*Security is great
*All residents have reserved parking, but no worries there’s lots of guest parking (the top floor of the parking garage) and there’s curbside parking as well
*There’s 17 floors — must have a key fob to gain access into the parking garage & the building. Both main entrances are in view of the 24 hour concierge
*As far as describing the lobby… the only word that comes to mind is «grand». It’s like hella nice. There’s a grand piano, marble flooring, fancy-​schmancy furniture, a tranquility garden, party room…
*BONUS — trash shoots on each floor so no having to haul it all the way downstairs yay!
*There’s always people in the pool. It has a fancy cabana-​like grilling area (par-​tayyy)
*This place has tenants of all ages… families, young singles, couples… dogs, cats… :)
