It’s decent and has a vast amount of items in that stores. Misleading title, though… because the liquor they sell isn’t 99 cents lol.

These stores are the Walmarts of the«$ 1» stores. Very hard to beat as a rival and always a bigger selection than the independent ones that sometimes sneak in the $ 1.09 — $ 1.29 tag on you. Only king doller seems to come close to these. Careful on what food items you buy though. Although they sell semi– peptol bismol here why would anybody even want to try that?

I don’t even know how to categorize 99 Cents Only Stores. Growing up with 12 siblings, we often had to find a way to stretch a dollar. In my own adulthood, I still find myself applying those methods to my own life whether I need to or not. It’s just built into me at this point. But sometimes I try to resist my urge to be thrifty. When the 99 Cents Only Store opened near me, I was skeptical. I thought nothing good could come of a deeply discounted mega store. My curiosity got the best of me though and I had to investigate. Instantly, I was impressed by the variety of goods packed into the huge store. Upon checking out, I was shocked that one could find so many items for just a dollar that were actually useful in some way. I wasn’t loaded down with things that would just live in a junk drawer in the house until I finally had the good sense to throw them away — I had actually picked up things here that I would have bought elsewhere for more money. When my daughter needs something for a craft project or party favors or even school supplies, 99 Cents Only is my first stop. Always clean and easy to navigate, this store is a thrifty girl’s dream come true.
