I wish i could give negative stars. I went today, Valentine’s Day of all days, to get macaroons. My favorite! We show up and there’s no employee behind the counter. All the coolers were on and their security, get this, an unfolded cake box covering up the open cooler! Really? We figured they might have been on lunch or bathroom break so we shopped. Came back and still no one! Same box still there though. Seriously? If i wanted to I could have gone behind the counter and gotten everything, and I mean everything for free but karma is a … Well you know. Safe to say I won’t be going back. I like stores with employees. Stuff looked stale anyway. Smh. Don’t waste your time or money!

The desserts looked good but we were very disappointed once we tasted our brownie and tiramisu. They were both very dry and bland. Don’t waste your money on this place.

Great service and great quality cakes. Staff was very nice and helpful. I love their bubble tea, I will return with friends for sure.

Do the owners care? I stood there for five minutes to order something. One guy was crouched behind the counter looking at me while he had his fingers in his mouth sucking on whatever he was eating, gross. The other girl behind the counter stared at me while chatting on her cell phone, obviously seeing me but in no hurry to work. I’m putting this here to let the owners know, your employees are fucking your business over. Take care of it.

This is mainly for the jazz and tango drinks. Over the course of two months, I had to request for another drink because it’s either too sweet or too bland. The problem with A WISH is there’s no consistency. Each clerk prepares the drink differently. It’s a hit or miss. Although they have a policy that ensures your satisfaction, the trouble of waiting again isn’t worth the drink I’m buying. I have gotten my «free» drink after so many times of buying from them and it’s not even worth it. So with that, I am going back to Starbucks which is within a few feet from A WISH. At least I know my blended frap will always taste the same. I will just have to get my «boba» somewhere else.

I tried the Macaroons for the first time today and I have to say I was unimpressed to say the least. Poor quality at a premium price.

Based on their dry and cracker like texture for their macaroons, for $ 2.49 each– I don’t plan on returning. Their selection sounded good but their poor quality has me not caring enough to try their flavors.

I was really really excited about this store opening in my mall since I love the product. I was counting the days at home until they opened. When they finally opened I made sure to go opening day and had to wait about twenty minutes for the drink.(Okay, opening day kinks, I get it.) Also, every time I went after I would order a T1 from their menu and they would be like what is that? I would tell them the Green Tea With Jasmine. Shouldn’t you know the menu that you labeled with Numbers and letters? The next few visits I had I was waiting for a 15 – 20 minutes for a drink,(You spend 3 – 5 minutes standing at the counter hoping to be acknowledged at the register.) I’ve decided to not go back after my last visit where I went and ordered a Green Tea with Tapioca at roughly Noon on a Sunday. They collect my payment then I was told the Tapioca wasn’t done being cooked yet.(They came in at nine am, you can see them when you walk into the mall working). Okay, that’s fine, I’m kind of used to a wait. She then offers to give me the tea and to come back and get the Tapioca on my lunch break.(This doesn’t make sense, I don’t want a pile of Tapioca without the tea.) I get the girl to write a note that I can come back and get my tea on my lunch break. An hour later I go back with the note and the manager is at the register and she’s a little confused by the situation(understandably) and the girl who sold me the tea originally came up in a tizzy and says Tapioca takes four hours to cook, it’s not ready! This was pretty crappy seeing as I’ve already paid, already waited and now she’s revealing this to me to save face in front of her boss. I asked the manager for my money back and she very politely and happily gave it back to me. I appreciated this. I really want to like this place! I love the product! They just need to get it together. I pass two places similar to this on the way to work they’re just by my work. I really hope they improve. I will try back in a few months to see if maybe they’ve found their groove. I would give the product a high rating, but the service stinks. If my experience changes I will for sure edit this review!
