I hired them for a job and when job was completed, I was very happy with their quality workmanship. They came right on time and verify the job details before beginning. Their price was competitive with the others that i had checked and i went with them because while talking to them on the phone, they felt like an honest company that cared about their customers. They worked really hard and stayed late to get the job done and didn’t charge me extra. I would hire them again.

Im always scared of hiring a co. that I dont know but AAE really proved themselves very responsible and great quality work. thanks guys.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I needed my TV mounting and found AAE on Craigslist offering a deal on their service. So I called the phone number provided and was directed to fill out a quote on the website to have my order taken. I did just that but received no correspondence of confirmation whether it be by phone or email from AAE. I really needed the TV up by the coming Friday, 7 days away, as I was hosting a house warming/​birthday party the day after. With that being said I decided I should call AAE back to confirm they got my online request. The employee took down the same information as I had provided on the site but I didn’t mind as long as the job was going to get done. He told me to expect a confirmation email shortly after. A few days went by without any confirmation and with it now being 3 days until the requested date I decided to call back once again. I spoke to another employee this time and he assured me that my order was in their system and they’d be arriving at 1pm on Friday. I offered my email address again in case they had it wrong somehow and the employee told me to expect another confirmation email. I received no email but given that I was told that my job was in they system for Friday I figured everything was setup. Friday came and so did 1pm, 2pm, 3pm etc. AAE not only didn’t show, they didn’t call or email me. In fact they went as far as to screen my calls. After 15 calls and 2 voicemails I decided to give up. I’d been completely let down by a company that claims to be professional. I contacted another company and they were able to finish the job early the following day. So the bottom line here is that if you plan on having your TV mounted or any of the other services offered by AAE then you might as well prepare yourself for disappointment now. AAE has lost all my respect and I urge all of you reading this to avoid this joke of a company.
