They (because the first lady needed assistance) applied the extra hot wax (which I commented on time and time again). Laid the too small strips & ripped, ripped and ripped some more. Um, have y’all not heard of tweezers and who doesnt know that the kitty is extra sensitive? Like, seriously. Smh.
Never, ever. again.
When I commented on the too hot wax, the ripper lady only said «too cold, wax sticky. you know?»
no, ma’am. the only thing I know is you are hurting me.
there was no generic conversation even attempted. Like lady, can you act like you want to take my mind off the… RIP!

I have been coming here for their Monday Facial Special (50% off) for a few months and each time was amazing. All of the ladies I have tried did great job. My skin is oily/​combination and I have tried Herbal, Gold or Acne facial. Love that they gave me shoulder massage every time, it was very relaxed. On top of that, their homemade products smelled wonderful and made my skin glow and soft. I have received compliments that my skin condition has improved. I am so looking forward to my next facial and would love to try their eyebrows threading!

Not at all good. 50% off on facial is utter waste. Hardly you get 5 minz massage and scrub. Rest all the time, they will leave you in room. So boring and eyebrows are also they don’t ask anything. The lady after doing eyebrows, applied cream and didn’t even wipe the hair near eyes. Had too much good expectations but ended up with sad face.

The only service this place should be providing is eyebrow threading. For eyebrows, I’d say their service is quick, well-​done and reliable.
Brought my Mom in here to cover up her gray roots. I left her there to run some errands and came back to hear my Mom tell me about the following: (1) her back and outfit was soaked with water because the chair at the hair washing station is broken; (2) her neck hurt because they don’t have a proper sink for hair-​washing; (3) hair color had not been washed off properly and was still covering her ear; (4) the hair color mixture burned/​stung as soon as they applied it to her skin; (5) they waxed her upper lip instead of threading it like I instructed before I left — it wasn’t even a complete wax job and I could see hairs remaining; (6) a few grays that weren’t covered, which I understand can happen and is normal — however, don’t make excuses and just fix the problem; (7) one of the ladies appeared to be sleepy and my Mom was too scared to let her thread her upper lip to complete the upper lip wax job.
I told them I wasn’t going to pay full price because of the terrible experience and ended up paying 33% less. I used to go there for eyebrows but don’t plan on going there anymore. Invest in proper equipment and fix broken chairs. I understand that this isn’t some high-​end salon but at least get the basics right.

This place is close to work, I’ve been to several Aisha’s in the Houston area but I really like this one. I’ve gotten my eyebrows threaded by 3 different ladies and each time they’ve been great! I recommend this place. Also make sure you check in for the $ 1 off.

I love coming here only because of Naheed, she’s the best eyebrow threader that I have across in my life! She listens to you and does your eyebrows just the way you want them. She does it very quick and precise! My eyebrows are in perfect shape, whenever Naheed threads them. I get so many compliments on my eyebrows because of her.

I came in on a Friday afternoon to get my eyebrows threaded. There were 3 ladies working and I only had to wait about 5 minutes. Naheed was the one who did my brows and I am super satisfied! She was quick, precise, and polite. I asked her to keep them thick and she did just that. My eyebrows never looked so good!
It is $ 7 for eyebrow threading but you can check in here for $ 1 off. They also have an app you can download for a stamp card. However, if you use the stamp card, you cannot use the check in offer.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and come here again. Ask for Naheed!

Absolutely love this place! They make threading painless and quick. Plus the prices can’t be beat, I pay 10 dollars in total every time I come here. 7 for eyebrows and 3 for upper lip which is the cheapest I ever paid for both!

Second time I go do my eyebrows at this location. At first they didnt do a great job but this second time I went Asma took care of me. She is nice and she did a great job.

They’re okay. Sometimes I get the best customer service and sometimes I don’t. They have different selections as a spa should. Oh! They always have great specials for facials every Monday.

This is my first time at this location. Service was efficient, friendly, and my eye brows look great. I’ll be back. :)

I love getting eyebrow threading. Be very specific with what you want your results to be for whatever service. I hate thin eyebrows so I am very specific so they don’t go over board. (I’ve had a bad experience once when I didn’t specify)
I usually get my waxing done by Mirtha. She’s decent and very nice. She’s the only one that does an average job. I’ve had a horrible experience with another chick in the same place that didn’t know what she was doing. I regret not getting her name. Just be careful.

Found this place on Unilocal and am so happy I did. Mirtha did a FABULOUS job on my eyebrows. I am VERY picky and could not find any corrections when she asked me to approve. They are convenient and run facial specials I will be taking advantage of in the future!

I had been making the drive to first colony mall to get my eye brows threaded for the past 2 years and wasn’t very happy. One day I didn’t feel like driving to the mall so I stumbled across this place. I am very particular about my brows and they always need to be perfect so I was skeptical at first but saw it had decent reviews and decided to check it out. It did meet up to my standards! I just walked in with no apt and I was seated right away, the girl was very nice and asked what I wanted to have done, I told her I wanted to keep them thick and she did so. I would have to say my brows look better then they have in awhile and the best part is that it was only $ 7 versus the $ 11 I was paying at the mall and they give u a punch card so once you get 9 threads you get the 10^th for free! And if you check in you get $ 1 off. So I now have my new favorite place and will be going back for sure!

So today was my first time getting my brows threaded and I was a bit nervous because I’ve heard how «painful» it usual was. So I came in on a Thursday around 2pm so it wasn’t busy and right away I was greeted and asked to sit in the first chair. Immediately she asked what I wanted which was just a clean up. SHE. WAS. GREAT. She was light and quick, asking my to check momentarily to see of I like what she’d done so far. I was in and out in less than 10 min.
My money well spent!!!

Threading is good, but when I decided to get a facial, I felt like someone was beating on my face and then trying to choke me. I kept getting stuck by her sharp nails in the shoulder during massage. Also products used were their own… so can’t compare, but I think they are generic and not really for a particular skin type to help with any skin issues. I went during a special and instead of getting the one suited for my skin type, I got charged for the most expensive facial. Not what I expected and wouldn’t go for a facial there again.

Not sure how this place got such high reviews. I would never go back. I waited really long to get my eyebrows done and the lady didn’t do a very good job. She was very disinterested and seemed like she was just trying to get it over with. When she was finished, my eyebrows were thinner but not exactly shaped. She didn’t seem to know what she was doing so instead of telling her to fix it and ending up with no eyebrows, I kept it moving. When I went to another eyebrow place, the lady there asked me if I had been doing my eyebrows myself. She couldn’t believe I paid someone to do that to me. Never again.

I’ve been on a quest for a good brow place since the last 3 I’ve been to left me with brows that I was satisfied, but not happy with. I was driving through the area and saw Aisha’s and decided to give it a try.
Upon entering, they had the prices of all their services on top by the receptionist, which I appreciated. I was surprised to find that eyebrow threading is only $ 7 here! Cheapest threading place I’ve found in the Land of Sugar. I was pretty pleased. I went on Unilocal to «check in» and turns out that gave me an exra $ 1 off — woo!
The people ahead of me were waiting on a specific lady so I was bumped up and served about 3 minutes after I had walked in. The lady was pretty quiet and went straight to work, but I didn’t mind that at all because I’m one of those people that can’t hold a conversation when I’m in pain. The pain isn’t THAT bad but I’m pretty sensitive to pain in general so my eyes were watering all over the place, lol.
She was done in about 3 minutes and I was SO SO SO pleased with how they turned out! This is probably the best they’ve looked in ages! I am definitely coming again and I am definitely making this my go-​to threading place. Not only is the price extremely reasonable, the work they do is remarkable!
