The owner Larry is a slum~Lord
And doesn’t like to fix any thing I was paying by the month and went without hot water for 3 months until I finally went and bought a used water heater and installed it myself there was black mold when I moved in and I spent $ 300 on lighting fixtures after all of this he only knoc $ 20 off my rent
