I wish I could give less than 1 star. I found this place in an effort to have some custom in ear monitors made for myself through Ultimate Ears. I should have known something was up by the poor customer service and the ungodly amount of personal information they were asking me for just a handsome old taking of the inside of my ears. None the less I went through with the program and I’m really sorry that I did. I got the impression they were $ 60 which afterwards I found out is about twice as much did anyone else charges and to make things worse these impressions were wrong. I went back and forth about 3 times before they finally told me I needed to get better impressions done and I went somewhere else and I had no problems after that. Be aware if you choose to do business with these guys it’ll be unpleasant and they might not even get the job done right

Nice, friendly, and professional staff. Less than a 10 minute wait with an appointment. I came in for a hearing test and finished in about 20 minutes.
