I was hesitant at first doing business with this company because of the many negative reviews, however, i decided to go for it anyways and trust that it will come out as planned. The staff was very friendly, we communicated mostly by email for about a month discussing cost and design. Eventually my organization settled on 1500 wristbands, neon color bands, Arial rounded font and white lettering. All caps lettering too. The bands came back amazingly :). I am more than satisfied with the results. It was definitely speedy delivery, received it in about 7 — 10 business days. The bands fit fine and look great too! I am happy I decided to do business with them. Everyone was helpful and the cost is definitely affordable. I 100% recommend.

Horrible, horrible experience. The wristbands came misprinted, I contacted them immediately and got transfered to a supervisor who tried to put the blame on me. Even though their policy states 100% money back guarantee if it is their mistake, forget it. You LOSTYOURMONEY. I had to claim with PayPal to which PayPal forcefully got them to refund me for my wristbands after about a month of proof submission. Even then, I had to pay for return shipping costs!!! Literally just lost money with this horrible, horrible company. If you are sure the print will come out flawless, go ahead, if not DON’T you’ll lose your money if anything happens. Try other printing companies, they usually have much more for a heck of a lot less!!! Never ordering from them again by the way.

This was a horrible experience. I needed help designing my silicone rings for my business. First they told me the wrong size then told me you would be able to read our logo. I asked for their help!!! Their art department gives horrible advice. It was an expensive lesson

I would not recommend this company at all. My product arrived dusty from production and most all of my wristbands were not readable. When I called to explain my situation I was told the production manager had no trouble reading the bands so therefore they were fine. They then told me that debossing should only be used for wristbands for funerals — seriously where was your helpful advice when I placed my order?

Unlike the other reviewers, I actually received pretty speedy service(500 wristbands from China in 10 days). When they arrived they looked pretty darn good too. Unfortunately their 8 inch size wristband measured-in at 7 ¾, just a bit too snug for the men who it was designed for. My real problem was with their explanation. They do not measure the wristband size from the inside circumference but rather the outside, a completely flawed basis for measurement since they recommend using their flat tapes to measure the wrist size. According to their rationale a wristband of the same inside circumference but much thicker would fit a much larger wrist. They also said to wear it a while, it will stretch. Been wearing one for weeks, while the silicone stretches so it can be put on it does not remain ‘stretched’. Either they don’t know their product are are just being completely disingenuous. I suspect the latter.

I have nothing positive to say about my experience with this company and would not recommend anyone use their services. I placed my order for 700 wristbands which I designed and loved. And then heard nothing except an automated confirmation. I received no proof or contact. Three days later, I submitted a Help request online asking to verify my expected delivery date. I then called later that day wondering when my order would be received(after emailing a request for that information). I was told I received a call and an email response to my online request(I got neither). I was told a proof was sent 3 times — I never received any of them. Eventually, the employee sent the proof to a different email address, which finally worked. By the time I got a date from the employee(who made getting any information nearly impossible) I realized my product would be coming too late for the event planned — even though this was more than three weeks after my order date.(Remember that three days were wasted without receiving a proof). So I cancelled my order. And was told I’d get a call back. And didn’t. So I called again and was on hold for 15 minutes before being told it would be cancelled AFTER I get a call from an administrator and THEN I would get my refund… I never got that call either. At this point, I put through a dispute with my credit card company. Update: The first guy called me now to get more info on my cancellation even though he’s the only one I’ve ever dealt with, and he says I won’t get a refund for my ‘proof’ even though I never received it. AND they won’t let me talk to a supervisor. Update: Finally got a hold of a supervisor who still wants me to pay partial. He told me his boss would call, and he hasn’t. Final Update: After seeing my review, suddenly customer service was quick to contact me. I was repeatedly threatened and told they would send a negative review of my work to the superintendent of the district I teach in(despite the fact the company has NO indication of my teaching…). In the end, I was sent the wristbands(the Glow in the Dark wristbands did NOT glow in the dark, but were decent looking) though they still arrived after the date I originally needed them. I’ve also been strongly warned by their customer«service» representative to change my review. I stand by my comments and my story, and this is what happened, how it happened. I do not personally recommend doing business with this company.

This company prides it’s self with«Fast Shipping» «Fast Production» and promises to do whatever it takes to get you your order. However, my experience was nothing but the opposite. I placed my order a month in advance and they still failed to deliver on time. They said they were busy, but there was no communication with me about any of the«problems» until I finally called to see why my order had not arrived as promised. As an end result, we did not get the wristbands in time for our large youth event. They also had to change my original order to different colors to try to get it to me on time, with no price compensation. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

They have a nice website and competitive prices. Plus a really good selection. However, I ordered my wristbands well over two weeks ago and I have yet to see them. My order was almost $ 200, and when I check my order history, it says they’re still in production. I think the part that’s troubling me is the lack of communication on their end. Most Internet promo companies(I’ve ordered from 24hour Wristbands and Discount Mugs) send you an insane amount of emails every step of the way, especially ones that say«your order has shipped!» I haven’t received any emails from Amazing Wristbands since they asked me to approve my proof. I even emailed them and got no response, and when I called them, all I got was«yeah, your order’s shipped,» and *click* they hung up on me! Hopefully I can update this review with a more positive update when I get my wristbands… IF I get my wristbands.

I can’t speak to the negative reviews on here, but so far my experience has been drastically different. I am on a tight schedule with a moderately complex wristband to create(in the several hundreds of quantity) and had a great time chatting with Terrence about making it happen. We’re both on a tight schedule but he was super helpful and very nice about figuring out how to make it happen from a delivery, price, and literal band point of view. I think calling in as part of your work on orders is helpful. I’ll update more as bands are created and hopefully sent.
