Party Props, Inc

I work for a local Hotel in the Houston Area; recently we had a client contract with Party Props for a Team Building competition. What she ordered was a Foosball table, Pool Table, Shuffleboard Table, Air Hockey, Ping Pong Table, 3 Pop-​a-​Shots and a Dart Board.
Every item ordered was either in POOR repair and was not setup up correctly. The Pool Table had busted pockets and rails, the felt had Waves in it, The Pop-​a-​Shots sensor did not work appropriately, the Shuffle board table was setup and delivered with No sand so that the pucks would not slide, the Air Hockey timer and scoring device didn’t work, the Foosball table had broken piece and was setup incorrectly, the medal ring on the dart board kept falling off. The Ping Pong table was delivered with NO paddles and the guy had to return with the paddles.
Take all the issues with the equipment and add a manager (Rusty) took zero responsibility for the poor product as they had already got their money.
I will never recommend this vendor again. I’ve post picture on goggle review and their Face-​book page.
