So we wandered in looking for bedspred sets. Found a ton(not many in the size I needed that I liked) but we were enthralled with the curtains etc. the prices were great and the selection was, for the most part quite good!

The customer service here is atrocious. It surely trickles down from the exceptionally unfriendly demeanor of the store manager Deshun. The floor supervisor is a special brand of ignorant as well. The story is well stocked with bargains but don’t ask for any assistance.

Don’t come here if you’re expecting employees to be helpful! Customer service is SOOOO hit or miss here, it’s ridiculous. I was greeted when I came in by the woman working the register, and she was the only person who made any effort to be polite. The other women working in the store would look right at you and STILL ignore you. Really?!! Ugh. Thankfully, Anna’s is redeemed a LITTLE because of their products and prices. BUT, if you’re lucky and willing to look, you might find something at a better price next door at Ross. Which is what I did.

Anna’s offers just about the largest and inexpensive collection of curtains in town(with the exception of Ikea). Do wait for their sales though; because just when you think you’re getting a bargain, come a holiday(the 4th, Presidents Day, etc.), you’ll find that you coulda saved even more. The only downside is that they rarely add new designs. I went there about a year ago, and come last week, I found all the same styles and colors — just a bit cheaper. And don’t buy their curtain rods. I mean, they’re still inexpensive, but you can save *even more* if you check out Marshall’s Home Goods or Ross. Ross especially.
