I started a claim w/my extended warranty company on ¹⁄₂₅ for my refrigerator that needs freon. It has now been 3 weeks & I still haven’t had it repaired by this «fly by night, so-called» appliance repair company. I have had excuse after excuse about why it has not been fixed. The owner has told me they were short staffed so it was difficult to return calls, «parts» had not come in & the last straw was today I was on the schedule for 12 – 3 & at 2:15 p.m. was told that the «technician» had called in sick & he would call me between 5 – 7 this evening to rescheduled for ²⁄₁₈.
Whatever you do, do not allow any of your claims on appliances be assigned to this outfit.
