This Armstrong is super small and cramped, and also doesn’t carry as much as most of the other locations around town. The only two women I have ever seen working there are very sweet, but also not very useful at remembering to order things for their customers, or putting customers in touch with appropriate product reps.
Again, while they are very nice, I try and avoid going to this location.

I come by this store every 2 to 3 times a year to get my fiancé’s hair products at a wholesale price. This store is smaller and has less options than the one down southwest but they make it up with their customer service and professionalism. Always have a pleasant time shopping here. The store is indeed nice and in a good area. Driving here with the construction on Westheimer however is a nightmare however.

The store is always clean and the staff is always very nice and helpful. It is small but that’s because it’s a satellite store. I read the other reviews. You should be aware about a stores return policy before you purchase any items no matter where it is. It’s no reason to downgrade a store because you can’t comprehend A simple return policy.

I bought thrimmer but after few days it stoped working so I went there to return it cuz it has warranty for 2 years it was a pretty expensive one. They said it has warranty so send it to them … long story… dont buy any electronic stuf there!!! And also such a roude cashiers !!!

I’m a makeup artist and stopped by Armstrong McCall to get some hair color and a curling iron. I thought the store was small and didn’t have much selections. I did end up buying hair color and a hot tools 1 ½″ curling iron. After a few days I changed my mind on the curling iron and wanted to exchange/​return the item but their store policy is no exchanges and/​or returns unless the item is defective. I was not happy at all. I paid close to $ 40 for a curling iron I could not return. I won’t be going there again anytime soon and if you decide to go make sure it’s something you definitely know that you’re going to keep.
