What’s the point of putting a «contact us» form on a website if the company is not going to respond to repeated requests for information? It does not bode well when this initial step of customer service is ignored.

ASAP did a great job with my bay windows and in replacing about 275 sq feet of siding in the back of my house with hardy-plank. I would recommend them highly to anyone thinking of having windows, doors, and exterior work for their house.

Mike and the team from ASAP did a very good job and were great to work with. I had some specific requirements regarding the windows I wanted. Every company I called on Angie’s list was interested in selling me the windows they had in stock or got deals on through their distributors. 20 + companies that bid on the work, none were willing to provide technical specs or provide follow-up information after the initial bid. Mike took the time to work with the mfg and me making the process as transparent as possible to ensure my requirements were met. There was a small problem with the final product delivered and Mike demonstrated his integrity by honoring our original arrangement. I would definitely consider them for future work as a result.
