I decided that I wanted to upgrade my iPhone today and saw the great rating this store got from Unilocal and drove on over. Bobby Kitchen was my sales guy and he was the greatest. He was very very pleasant, big engaging smile, knowledgeable, helpful, focused on my needs and helped me save $$$$. I have been in many other ATT stores and can honestly say that this was the best experience. Right now I am thinking about leaving Comcast and moving to ATT U-​verse. Now that is a valuable employee!

While in the heights area, I decided to walk into the store to find a case for my new HTC phone. I was pleasantly surprised to find friendly, knowledgeable staff who were truly interested in my needs and wants. Needless to say, that afternoon i walked away with a cell phone case, screen protector, and car charger. A week later, I sent my siblings who were due for an upgrade to the store, they returned with their shiny new phones and a smile in their face. From now on, I refer my friends to this location, I trust they will be taken care of just like I was. :)
